It will tell you to set up the extender using the app, but the app has issues as mentioned in one of the other reviews. If you go the url on the back of the device (mywifiext.local), set up is a breeze. Avoid the app and the wifi extender works great. I just wish it had 2 ethernet ports rather than only 1, but thats not a big deal.

This range extender works wonderfully! It was easy to set up and configure. Unlike range extenders I had in the past, this has not dropped off line at all in the couple of months since my purchase. I would recommend this for anyone who needs to expand their coverage to dead zones in their home.

Seeing an improvement in WiFi availability in parts of household. Economical solution to extend our signal to all users.

It did help and it was very easy to install, to fix the reach of the WiFi it is worth every penny.

Connected right up to help fix connectivity issues.

Very good unit and helps to speed up the internet at home.

It powered up and thats all ive done, will connect later on, pretty simple setup

This is an excellent little range extender. I was having issues with a backyard WiFi camera frequently dropping off the network, but this device provided a solid and reliable connection. Setup was quick and hassle-free using the Nighthawk app, which made the process straightforward even for someone not super tech-savvy. I also really like the sleek design of this version—it blends into the house much better than the models with external antennas.

Product was difficult to connect to an xfinity modem however, once installed it has worked flawlessly. Great signal boost at 60' from source.

The product is perfect for extending wifi in yours residents

Signal strength is good, and everything is working well.

I had to purchase 2 due to the size of my home I just purchased and placed 1 upstairs for my wife's office and one down in my man cave! Signal is just as strong as where nighthawk cable modem is located on main floor. 3k sqft home

Before installing this Wi-Fi range extender, my bedroom was a total dead zone with almost no signal. After plugging it in and setting it up in minutes, the difference was night and day. My Wi-Fi signal strength jumped from 1 bar to full bars, and my internet speed is now consistently fast and reliable, even when streaming, gaming, or video chatting from my room. It’s compact, easy to use, and completely solved my connectivity issues. If you’re struggling with weak Wi-Fi in certain areas of your home, this is a must-have!

Set was easy after I googled it. Used the one step push the button method. Instructions had me going crazy. It works great

This was a good purchase and worth the price. My den had a very slow internet connection for streaming programming. After following the simple instruction to set, the problem was solved. Liked: Ease of setting up device from included instructions Disliked: Unit price for purchase, but it has paid for itself by preforming as advertised

Bought this to extend wifi to my shop 50' away from an Orbie satellite. Works great and was very easy to install. Very compact unit and seems to be well engineered.

The side of the house where my parents are have slightly weaker connect to the WIFI and with this extender, they've had better connection.

This NETGEAR AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 extender is a game changer! Setup was super easy — just plug it in, follow the app, and my whole house instantly had full bars. The connection is fast and stable, even in rooms that used to have weak signals. Streaming, gaming, and video calls all run flawlessly now. Compact design blends right in with the wall too. Definitely worth it!
