I am very pleased with my Geek Squad service. My service tech was personable, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He transferred all my files from my Dell laptop to my new Dell 27 inch All-in-one desktop computer with Windows 11, set-up my new computer and loaded my programs. Everything is working good and I could not be happier with this service. Also, I am loving my new Dell, the color is remarkable, it looks so good and takes up minimal space.

The agent sent up my pc monitors camera and headphones neatly then walked me how to use everything . He then suggested a few items that would enhance my setup . I will be returning to BestBuy for those .

The person was timely and polite. His correction of my problem has worked until now. I’m very appreciative. He added the AirPlay app to my tv so it is mirroring my computer screen correctly.

The guy came 3-4 hours late I can’t remember I’m barely doing the review after two months. I just saw the email and this needs to be noted. I paid a total of $180 and the guy who came didn’t even know what kind of computer he was going to set up, I bought my first gaming PC and I didn’t want to break the glass or anything so I rather have an expert do it all even though it was so expensive just for a few plug ins. I literally didn’t know how to remove it and they wouldn’t tell me over the phone so I had to order their service. The worst part is the geek squad guy wasn’t even in uniform, was in his personal car. (I think that they had forgot my appt and just had an employee not on the clock go) he had to call his other geek squad associate and was guided on which wires go where. How do I know? His phone was on speaker while he was plugging in the wires on the back of the pc. Like this was such a negative experience and I hated it, but I didn’t know how to put it up so it’s good they have the geek squad but this was just a 1/5 experience being honest. I’m sure 9/10 times they’re great. Or who knows maybe they’re actually a perfect 10, but my experience was just a joke so I’m just being honest about the review.

I found this product to have several positive features like the flip screen and ability to use many of the Ai generated services. However the negative features outweigh the positive features for my planned uses. The processor was sluggish. I couldn’t get the audio to work when I was using any of the Group Communication Products regardless of manufacturer and had to be logged in by phone and computer to participate. Finally maybe I had too high expectations for a product like this one.

Josh, the Geek Squad tech, came to my home and set up my new laptop. I originally ordered the service 'without data transfer' but asked if he could do that and for only an extra $60 he did. He was friendly, took his time setting things up and explaining what would be new and different and what would stay the same as on my old laptop. He answered all my questions! He gave me a way to contact him if I had any more questions. You can't beat this kind of personal, in-home, technology service! Thanks!

The Geek Squad representative setup my new computer in a timely and professional manner. He ensured all updates were installed, transferred my anti virus and malware services to my new computer, and connected my printer to the new computer. Also this resulted in a smooth new computer setup.

The agent arrived early, and set up my system for work quickly and expeditiously. He also answered some of my questions about my personal pc with respect to the camera. Had the online agent check it thoroughly but didn't realize how small the lever is to enable the camera !

The agent installed my new computer and hooked up my new printer. He was friendly and efficient and answered all questions in simple understandable form. Of course I'm still trying to learn about the computer and printer since having my old computer and printer from 2014! It's going to take a while but I have the Best Buy Total program and can always call for assistance which is really a great service.

The Geek Squad agent was timely, alerting me ahead of time approximate time of arrival. They were knowledgeable, polite and helpful, answering my list of questions in setting up my new laptop. They were able to resolve my Zoom app and other issues I was having.

The first appointment I had was cancelled by Best Buy. Do not know why. The young man who showed for my second appointment was kind and patient and had no problem answering my questions. He asked if I had purchased a new monitor also because the one I had was not compatible to the computer. I was not told I would need a new monitor. However, he searched the website to help me select the item I needed to complete my installation. I picked the item up that evening and called the next morning and he was able to come and install my printer and anything else I needed. He was very efficient.
