Won't cool below 50 degrees

I purchased this cooler due to the dimensions, they worked best for my space. The cooler itself is nice and appears to be well made. My main complaint is that the beverage cooler section does not cool beverages below 50 degrees despite being set to the minimum of 37. I called Newair support, and they were ready to send me another unit almost immediately. After reading reviews on the newair website, I found other customers with the same problem. This made me leary to swap out for a new unit, I feel like it's more of a design flaw. My other complaint is that the rows on the edges of the wire rack in the upper section are not quite large enough. A standard 12oz can will get pinched between the wire rack divider and the plastic molding on the sides of the cooler. The can will not slide in/out on the shelf freely. Please note this is only on the edges of the wire racks, so a total of four rows (2 left and 2 right). I decided to buy a Titan French Door instead. I installed it yesterday and set it at the minimum temperature of 38. This morning my soda measured in at 37 degrees. It's a little more expensive but works better, and I prefer the look/functionality of glass shelves over wire shelves. If you want a dual-zone cooler, I highly recommend avoiding a single-door design. I feel that having multiple temperature zones behind a single door without proper internal isolation makes it more difficult to produce satisfactory results.

Top of the line beverage wine cooler

Fridge
I only had the product for a week before I had to take it back because UPS damaged it at the bottom the fridge looked like it had been in a fender bender it functioned though and my only complaint was it didn’t get as cold as I would have liked. The lowest it would go was 37 degrees.

Build quality worth the extra money

1. The build quality of this is worth the higher price over other brands. Especially the wine rack. 2. Love the dual zone and that it comes with an extra shelf for the top half so you can fit bottles and cans. 3. Super quiet, you really don't hear it at all. 4. Looks amazing 5. Holds temperature really well. This is where it lost a start though because the lowest setting is 36 degrees and the temp never drops below 37 degrees. And I wish the temp could be set a little lower.

Looks great, zone temps a bit off

Overall love the fridge and happy with the purchase. However, the upper zone temp does not seem accurate - seems like it's set to the higher temp of the two zones. Not a huge issue though. Also, upper zone shelving tips when you pull it out 2/3 of the way which is annoying but manageable.

very pleased with the purchase. It looks high end and adds a nice touch to our new bar. It fits plenty of soft drinks / water and has room for wine on the bottom. It's dual zone which is nice. We were contemplating buying something cheaper in price, but we went with the reviews and decided to buy something middle of the road. We are very happy with the purchase. The fridge is quite and has a blue light shining through.

First one a dud

Giving this 4 stars since the first one that was shipped simply did not work. I contacted NewAir's support and they were easy to deal with, sent out a replacement unit and a FedEx paid for return email voucher. FedEx picked the old unit up at the house. The new unit works great, looks great under the counter. No complaints. Wish I could give 5 stars but due to the experience I feel 4 is fair.

Good option for a dual zone wine refrig.

Good 2 zone wine and beverage cooler. Has plenty of room. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the upper white wine/beverage section does not get as cold as desired. But for a split temperature cooler and for the price, I would pick it again rather than having the 2 sided option.

Fits a lot of wine, bottles and cans. Only complaint is that if you use the half shelves for beer bottles, the cans behind them are difficult to get to. Overall though, I like it

We Love this new wine fridge. i love the ability to keep separate Temperatures for white and red wine in one fridge. This one replaced the one we had that was 20years old and back then no such separate temps were available. Love it.

Great cooler

Fits a lot of wine, bottles and cans. Only complaint is that if you use the half shelves for beer bottles, the cans behind them are difficult to get to. Overall though, I like it

Wine frig

Great Fridge, love the dual temperature feature.

We Love this new wine fridge. i love the ability to keep separate Temperatures for white and red wine in one fridge. This one replaced the one we had that was 20years old and back then no such separate temps were available. Love it.

Won't cool below 50 degrees

I purchased this cooler due to the dimensions, they worked best for my space. The cooler itself is nice and appears to be well made. My main complaint is that the beverage cooler section does not cool beverages below 50 degrees despite being set to the minimum of 37. I called Newair support, and they were ready to send me another unit almost immediately. After reading reviews on the newair website, I found other customers with the same problem. This made me leary to swap out for a new unit, I feel like it's more of a design flaw. My other complaint is that the rows on the edges of the wire rack in the upper section are not quite large enough. A standard 12oz can will get pinched between the wire rack divider and the plastic molding on the sides of the cooler. The can will not slide in/out on the shelf freely. Please note this is only on the edges of the wire racks, so a total of four rows (2 left and 2 right). I decided to buy a Titan French Door instead. I installed it yesterday and set it at the minimum temperature of 38. This morning my soda measured in at 37 degrees. It's a little more expensive but works better, and I prefer the look/functionality of glass shelves over wire shelves. If you want a dual-zone cooler, I highly recommend avoiding a single-door design. I feel that having multiple temperature zones behind a single door without proper internal isolation makes it more difficult to produce satisfactory results.

Fridge

I only had the product for a week before I had to take it back because UPS damaged it at the bottom the fridge looked like it had been in a fender bender it functioned though and my only complaint was it didn’t get as cold as I would have liked. The lowest it would go was 37 degrees.

Build quality worth the extra money

1. The build quality of this is worth the higher price over other brands. Especially the wine rack. 2. Love the dual zone and that it comes with an extra shelf for the top half so you can fit bottles and cans. 3. Super quiet, you really don't hear it at all. 4. Looks amazing 5. Holds temperature really well. This is where it lost a start though because the lowest setting is 36 degrees and the temp never drops below 37 degrees. And I wish the temp could be set a little lower.

Excellent look and great dual zone. This is pricey and I’m anxious to see the long term reliability. The size demensions were a PERFECT match for my bar area and it adds an upscale look.

Looks great, zone temps a bit off

Overall love the fridge and happy with the purchase. However, the upper zone temp does not seem accurate - seems like it's set to the higher temp of the two zones. Not a huge issue though. Also, upper zone shelving tips when you pull it out 2/3 of the way which is annoying but manageable.

Dual Zones for Reds and Whites

Good wine fridge. I like the dual zones for red and white. There have been a couple bottles that wouldn't fit, so the shelf spacing could be a little wider, but overall a decent product.

very pleased with the purchase. It looks high end and adds a nice touch to our new bar. It fits plenty of soft drinks / water and has room for wine on the bottom. It's dual zone which is nice. We were contemplating buying something cheaper in price, but we went with the reviews and decided to buy something middle of the road. We are very happy with the purchase. The fridge is quite and has a blue light shining through.

Giving this 4 stars since the first one that was shipped simply did not work. I contacted NewAir's support and they were easy to deal with, sent out a replacement unit and a FedEx paid for return email voucher. FedEx picked the old unit up at the house. The new unit works great, looks great under the counter. No complaints. Wish I could give 5 stars but due to the experience I feel 4 is fair.

Good option for a dual zone wine refrig.

Good 2 zone wine and beverage cooler. Has plenty of room. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the upper white wine/beverage section does not get as cold as desired. But for a split temperature cooler and for the price, I would pick it again rather than having the 2 sided option.
