Not blowing cold air

Our unit doesn't blow cold air, even if you turn the temperature way down. It seems like the compressor isn't kicking in fully. I also was interested in this unit because the vent hose on another type of portable ac that I owned used to fall out easily. This has an attachment at the end of the hose that locks in to the unit. The attachment works but the hose falls out of the attachment itself if you try to move it at all, even when you are trying to be careful.

Decent but could be stronger

The one we got makes a really weird sound when it's full blast. I know it's not normal because we have two identical ones. Wish it was a bit stronger, but it's not a terrible unit. I could of got it replaced but missed the window as I didn't notice the noise until it came out the box 2 weeks later.

Buy Window Unit Instead
