Great product - came ready to use out of the box; fits exactly 98 bottles and is very quiet. Best Buy provided a very convenient relocation service as well so the team placed it in the basement, turned it on and removed the box.

Great wine fridge for the price

This wine fridge was perfect for my needs. I have this in the utility room of my basement, so I didn't need anything supper attractive, with wooden racks or other design elements like that. I just wanted an efficient dual-zone fridge that worked. This did the trick. Like all wine fridges (even high end ones), they never hold as many bottles as they claim because there are so many bottles that are oddly shaped, longer or fatter...so you can't ever get as many on each shelf as it is "designed" to accommodate.

Not quality, manufacturer doesn't support it

Mine worked fine for 14 months and then died. Newair said because it wasn't bought directly from them the warranty would not be honored - and this model cannot be repaired. They told me to just buy a new one. This is no better than a generic fridge from a no-name brand with no warranty support. Really disappointing. I would not buy a Newair.
