Great Addition to A/C

Excellent addition to our home A/C when not everyone wants the house the same temperature. I use it in my office so that my husband doesn’t freeze. We live in the desert which is perfect with the low humidity and outside temperatures over 115 in the summer months.

Excellent product. It performs as advertised, and is well designed and made. Beware to those not understanding how these work, as evaporative coolers work on the thermodynamic principal of evaporation where the cooling performance is directly related to the ambient humidity level and thus the rate of evaporation- the lower the ambient humidity, the more effective the cooling performance. So for those considering these coolers, first consider how humid your location is first, as these are not suitable for humidity levels over ~40%.

We add ice into the water and it comes out real cool air. It works really well in a small space office and price is reasonable.

Very nice. Only problem I had was the ice packs weren't on the box. I got gift card out of it but it wasn't enough to buy ice packs

Made it so humid the floor was wet

It is only cold at an inch from the machine. The rest of the room got super humid to the point where it was wet and sticky. I think the humidity may be too much in the south to be able to use this at anytime of year. I took it back.

Stopped working real quick

Just stopped working. Used for couple hours and worked great. Wheeled to one other room and fan stopped working. No ice packs included. Will be returning unless customer service can assess. Seemed to be great for the first few Hours it worked: no one available for customer service at 5 pm MST makes it hard

Tried this unit in a 100 sq ft room in Denver in August. Did not cool at all, even with ice in the water tank. Only result was a very humid hot room.
