Focusing on its price is very good article fulfills its function perfectly it is very practical, moving really notice the difference in quality with the previous one it had

So far the grill is great, it only took me 25 minutes to put together by myself. I have grilled some juicy burgers and hotdogs, way better than the frying pan. I also grilled some ribeye steaks with nice grill marks, so I don’t know what the more expensive grills do better.

This was a good purchase ut works as expected and got here quickly

The unassembled product came with bent parts that left me unsure whether the grill could be assembled properly and therefore safely. I contacted the manufacturer who gave me the choice of them sending a new part or returning the product to BestBuy. I decided to have them send me a new part, thinking it would be a quicker option. new part was not much better than the first as it also had dings in it that didn't appear to have been caused by the shipping process (the shipping package had no apparent damage and neither did the original shipping carton). I put the base of the grill together with the old part because the tank hold down key fit through the old part while the opening for the key in the new part was of a different size. I've since noticed that the grill hood is misaligned do to bent metal on one side of it. This item was obtained with use of a Best Buy gift card which was issued in lieu of a refund for another returned item.

I love the stainless steel components and spacious design

Not hard to put together once you get going. Some edges are sharp byt, if you put ut together following the instructions you will not to deal with any sharp edges. I miss installing 2 washers and put them in place after finding a couple of sharp edges. Ouch. Would not have found them rxcept installed them out of order. Looks great. I like the shiny stainless steel everything. Hope it last as long as it looks good.

A couple of things - Right out of the box - no box damage, but some parts were bent which was very strange. Still able to put together. We've used several times and all was good until this past weekend cooking ribs and the thermostat did not work correctly. Had at 350 and cooked like it was at 500. BB is now out of stock of this item. Will try getting in contact with the mfg.. Any suggestions?

This is my second Nexgrill, the last worked well but the steel body rusted, bought stainless steel this time. Grill works well and I am satisfied with the product. There were a couple of minor damages but nothing needing replacement.

I love stainless steel. The heat is very even across the grilling surface. Wish the side burner wasnt so large.

if only assembly instructions came with words not just pictures. took about 4 hours mainly because some parts were bent and/or did not line up. some angles to put screws in was very difficult. screws are very soft and can strip very easily so do not overtighten. if you can buy one that is already assembled. thank God for u tube videos!!

Very good grill, easy to use and above all very wide

This grill has been amazing to use. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and has plenty of space for multiple items at once. The stainless steel looks great and feels sturdy. I love having the side burner — it’s super useful for sauces or boiling water while grilling. Easy to clean and very well made. Highly recommended!

Box arrived a little beat up with the bottom flaps open. No parts were missing thankfully. A couple of pieces were lightly bent in a few places but nothing to the point of not being abled to be assembled and not noticeable on the outside. Assembly was easy even with the somewhat minimal and silly instruction booklet. Took less than 2 hours. Have not used the grill yet but looks good, sturdy and moves around easily on the wheels.

Does the job very satisfied with my purchase. I would recomond this grill to friends in need of a new grille that doesnt break the bank.

Had kenmore grill for 10yrs and it was time to replace it. I didn't want the box store default grill so i chose the Nexgrill. Easy step by step installation and this grill is almost identical to the kenmore. Cooks great and looks great!

Took about 2 hrs to put together. Looks great and is very strong, cooks food fast without burning it. We love it and used it many times si ce we got it. I would definitely recommend this grill to others.
