Works perfectly! it gets hot enough where it keeps it straight and doesnt coil back. I have thick coarse wavy hair and it works it really well.

It does the job but I notice that it doesn't close all the way. So I have to be sure to pinch the front closed, as I'm sliding it down my hair. It does a nice job but it would be nice if it closed all the way.
