I was looking at foam rollers to address some IT band issues in my legs (I'm a serious mountain biker) and a friend recommended that I amp up the roller with a vibrating version. I'm delighted with Nextroller, feels really high quality and really has helped with my legs!

I've been rolling for some time now and with the additional feature of vibration makes my whole experience even better. It's durable and comes with different speeds.

I suffer from back injuries. I use this roller daily to keep my back loose and flexible. I also use this for calves and hamstrings. The vibration is great for shoulders and neck. My only complaint is that I wish it was 6 inches longer.

This thing provides strong vibrations. My husband loves this thing. The vibrations adjust from slight too strong. You can more or less use this thing in so many ways. Hip. back. thighs. neck. shoulder. It is really relaxing. I would warn, however not to put it against the floor or wall. if your are going to put it under your thigh, for example, place it on a pillow, folded towel or blanket if sitting on the floor.

Excellent product. Rechargeable and powerful. Much easier than a regular foam roller.
