How it combines multiple need for speeds and takes the best out of each entry . My wife jump in and played and shes not a gamer the way she use to be . Also my 6 year old daughter played and did a long jump 150 yards .

This is a pretty good game. The graphics are pretty good. The gameplay is pretty good. The sound is pretty good. The art style is really cool. It's a mix of cartoony characters with realistic cars and environments. In action it's pretty neat. The entire game could be awesome but some stuff holds it back. It costs tons of in game money to do anything. You want to race? $5000 or more buy in, and you win some back. 1st place is usually a nice amount, but you still have to put out the buy in cash, so the winnings are cut down by that amount. Anything less than 1st and you barely break even or lose money. (there are some free races with low payouts) You have to pay a ton of cash to upgrade your cars. Everything costs a fortune, so you need to grind out more races to afford the upgrades. There are some other ways to make money besides racing, but not many. Delivery jobs are fun, but always involve a police chase. The biggest problem in the game for me are the chases. The cops are ruthless and quite ridiculous at times. So many times you will be in 1st place, streaking towards the finish line, and pow! A cop you don't see will ram you from a side street and knock you into a parked car or tree, everyone will pass and you lose the race. Very rage inducing. Another problem is just getting to a race. You find it on your map, and hope the cops don't see you on the way there, because if they do, it's a 10 minute or more chase trying to get clear of them, and hoping you can get back to the race without starting another long tedious chase. All in all its a pretty good game of you can overlook the annoying bits.

Need For Speed Unbound checks most of the boxes to make a racing game exciting and fun, a unique boost system to constantly keep players on their toes, a cop pursuit system to test your mettle every time you think you’re safe, and a storyline that makes the entire thing feel organic. But shortcomings like no fast travel, some flawed race designs, and not committing to some of the features hold this title just shy of greatness. Need for Speed Unbound is a great leap forward for Criterion and is easily the best title in the series in years.

Best one since Most Wanted. Great art style and sound track. Starter cars suck but you quickly get some that handle great and feel good to drive. Cop chases are fun too.

Haven’t had much time to play recently, however the play is nice. I really don’t care for the limited races for each day.

Fun game. Starts slow but gets better. The visual looks of this game are good. The story is ok but its just a driving game. All about the tracks and cars.

This is a fun game. This plays like the other NFS games. I see people complain about the comic looking graphics from the tires. You can turn this off in the settings. I have played a few other racing games where you kinda get stuck and feel very grindy. This isn't that bad. Plenty of race options.

Overall fun game, steering wheel support for console is a joke, better off playing with a contoller. Car customization is where nfs shines. Wish you could fast travel to races.
