Great quality, picture. Easy set up. Customer support is iffy.

I originally purchased the wireless cameras but that didn't work for me because the constant monitoring and recording of the traffic flow in front of the house killed the batteries in four days. I switched to the hard-wired cameras and the problem has been resolved. The cameras look great, even at night, and they sound great as well.

Love the picture and video quality. Easy to use interface. No monthly fee as it has a lmhuge 1TB local storage.

First if you are having an issue adjusting the zone sensitivity for each camera under record settings it’s not just you. We tried it on 4 different phones and the system will just reset it to medium if you set the lowest setting. They tried to play it off as a phone issue. Nope. This system will say it sees a face or car when there is nothing there. The main reason I wanted to adjust the sensitivity. Just so you know they use the same software on all their kits so I would avoid them all together. If I could give 0 stars for this company I would. Absolutely terrible experience and product.
