Easy set up. Picture is good although I still cannot read license plates going by. I had a hard time setting the sensitivity using the slider button. It kept reverting back to High Sensitivity even though I saved it. I selected the appropriate areas not to record then used the Vehicle, Person, Motion and Face for my settings depending on camera location and that seemed to set my sensitivity. The previous Night Owl system I had lasted 10 years. Hope I can get at least 5 years out of this one before I have to replace it. I do recommend.

I wish i can get bestbuy a zero i order this item did not recieve it...raddie the delivery service they use delivered it at the wrong location and it bèen a month back and fourth i am still fighting with the over $600. raddie said they will pay bestbuy have to put in a claim best buy saying raddie have to do it .....just a mess i will not give up tiĺl i get my money back i work very hard for my money and i will not let it waste just like that.....I will not buy anything from bestbuy ever again......They redund to help me i want my money or my product......not going to stop till i get this situation resolved. This was delivered outside the street just like. The box showing the content inside it was delivered at the wrong location and they refuse to resolved this.....

Needed to upgrade our old camera system after 8 years. These night owl cameras are everything we were looking for and more! The spotlights are a very nice feature that our previous system did not have. We also really like that they say Smile, you're being recorded, great way to keep unwanted visitors away from your home. Would recommend this system to anyone looking to add some extra security and peace of mind.

We probably wouldnt buy these again. We have a wireless, and a wired system. The setup was easy. The pictures are pretty decent, but the camersa lad and sometimes dont record at all. Not that great for security

I wish i wasnt out if my return window because i would return these. I’ve had security camera systems for the passed 20 years and I have to say this is the worst one ive installed. Its lacking in every catergory and the app overall design is the worst ive seen.

Product looks cheap and low quanlity. The app requires you to allow location permission. I don't know the purpose but I want to have the option to disable it and I couldn't find a way to disable it. I was going to replace a older Samsung product to update to 4K but I ended up regretting it.

We manufacture our products with materials that withstand years of being outside in the elements, so we unfortunately cannot speak individual personal preferences for aesthetics. The products match exactly with the imagery so we apologize if there was any confusion on what you were receiving. With regard to location service that is at your discretion so you'd need to navigate to your privacy settings to turn on/off that if you have changed your mind. That process would depend on your type of phone/OS but for most it is found under settings>applications>Location services. Please let us know if we may provide any further support. We’re sorry to hear that the video quality did not meet your expectations. By default, the display resolution is set to Standard definition indicated by the SD icon when viewing a camera. Full high resolution video can be seen by tapping on the SD to change to HD resolution. This does increase network bandwidth needed to transmit the higher resolution which is why the default is set to SD which has lower network bandwidth usage.Please reach out to our support team at 1-866-390-1303.

Not sure what the other reviews were complaining about. but this works great for the use case that I have. My client really enjoys it, and with the ability to use this wirelessly anywhere in the world makes it even better of a value.
