my old 8 channel dvr played out and I needed another one. I got this 20 channel one that works just fine. Now I can add another 12 cameras if I want too. Thanks Best Buy.

bought the unit to replace an old dvr, it worked seamlessly. Only issue is the app is not that easy to navigate, but ok.
