The machine simply did not work as intended, so I returned it within two days. It wastes a lot of beans during calibration, which is often required even when using the same beans. Unfortunately, those calibrated beans cannot be used for drinks and are simply wasted. On top of that, the machine consistently produced soggy, muddy espresso pucks, resulting in espresso that looked extremely weird and tasted like grounds. Whether this was a faulty machine or not, you are better off getting the PRO for $50 more. At least with that model, you can access the grinder from the top to clean it if you encounter these issues. This machine is not worth it and is too advanced for its own good. We ended up buying the Luxe Cafe instead, as it is semi-automatic and less prone to automated issues.
