My wife and I received our first Ninja Coffee maker 5 years ago as a wedding gift. We used it every day, sometimes several times per day, before it finally went out on us several months ago. We then switched to a somewhat cheaper coffee maker from a different brand and we hated using it. It wasn't long after that we bought this coffee maker which was the best decision ever! This coffee maker is easy to operate, makes delicious coffee in several styles, doesn't make a mess, is quiet and quick... the list goes on. This is the best coffee we've ever had and is the second time we've been pleased with a Ninja coffee maker.
