Q: Where is this product manufactured?
A: According to the web, this product is manufactured in China.
Q: Can drawers be put in dish washer
A: According to the manual, both the inserts and the drawers can be placed in the dishwasher. I haven't had a mess (yet!) that was so bad that a little cleaning in the sink didn't work.
Q: Is this a dual voltage?or fixed voltage?
A: The plug is for a standard USA 120v line.
Q: Does it need deep cleaning from grease
A: The baskets are removable and can be washed/cleaned. The "pan" at the bottom can also be removed. So far, I've only needed to wash them and haven't needed to "deep clean". I've also been using air fryer liners in mine to minimize clean-up messes and they work really well. Just one caution: don't put an EMPTY liner into the basket and turn it on... the fan will cause the liner to float up and they DO BURN!!! (Learned that lesson on my Instant Pot Air Fryer.)
