Customer Ratings & Reviews

This Ninja Luxe Cafe Knock Box is the perfect companion for my espresso machine. I was hesitant about spending money on a knock box, but this one is a game-changer. The pucks fly right out, and the material is really easy to wipe clean. It's also surprisingly quiet compared to tapping my portafilter on the trash can. It looks sleek next to my coffee gear and has completely tidied up my daily cleanup. Highly recommend for performance and aesthetics!

This is a game changer in a large kitchen and if you are looking for convenience. My husband said he would have never bought this himself, however, he is so glad he has it. Compact and makes coffee brewing easier.

Honestly, it's a really good purchase, totally worth the price. The material is high quality, and personally I like it because it looks perfect next to my espresso machine. It actually holds a little more than it says. 10/10, highly recommended.

It works as a knock box. It’s not perfect at catching all stray crumbs and drips but gets most of it. It is stable and doesn’t move during use. I am seeing some dents on the knock bar after only a few weeks using it so I am concerned about longevity. The price is a bit high for what it is, with this brand and build quality I’d expect 5-10 less.

I like this little thing so much. I got the idea from watching a YouTube tutorial on using my espresso machine and I am glad I got it.

Works as should very nice addition to my coffee station

Great, high quality knock box. Easy to clean. Solid design.

Much better than banging the portafilter on a trash can. Easy to clean

Great addition to the ninja cafe. Makes cleaning up so much easier.

Convenience for sure! Keeps me from walking over to trash to empty the grounds!

This is a great addition to my expresso maker it is very easy to use and clean.

Good item matching my new ninja espresso machine and it’s very convenient to use.

Works well for catching Expresso pucks. Much better than loosing the "cup" in the nasty trash can!

Pros • Mess-Free Disposal: Easily knock out espresso pucks without splashing or scattering grounds. • Non-Slip Base: Keeps the box stable during use, even on slick countertops. • Removable Knock Bar: Makes cleaning simple and hygienic. • Compact Yet Spacious: Holds up to 10 double shot pucks—ideal for multiple brews before emptying. • Premium Finish: Sleek silver design complements modern espresso machines. • Durable Build: Users praise its solid construction and long-lasting materials. Cons • Not Included with Espresso Machine: Sold separately from the Ninja Luxe Café espresso machine. • Size May Be Small for Heavy Use: Some users noted it’s best suited for home use, not high-volume brewing. • No Lid or Seal: Grounds are exposed, which may be a concern for odor or hygiene over time.

Good storage capacity nice style and easy to use everyday

Perfect size and easy to clean. Works perfect a must need.

Works great with ninja portafilter. Super easy to take apart and clean. Definitely recommend with ninja espresso machine.

A must to pair with my new Luxe Cafe Pro. I love ninja products, but this is my new favorite and most used item in my kitchen. I love how easy it is to dial in my espresso on this machine, all the different coffee functions, and the frothing functions are great, with cleaning made so easy. You can even change the temperature of the brew so it’s more appropriate for blonde espresso, which needs a lower temp. Makes my mornings go a whole lot smoother with its efficiency. I don’t have to weigh beans, and the portafilter - this beauty does it for me. Can’t say enough good things about it.

It is a very sturdy knock box and easy to clean. It has a good appearance and blends in well just sitting on the counter next to the expresso machine.

its perfect for exactly what it is. I'm a sucker for the branded stuff
