I was a little skeptical buying a Ninja espresso machine versus a Breville or De’Longhi, so I did my research and compared features and reviews. This Ninja makes excellent hot and cold coffee drinks, is easy to use and easy to clean. The Tamper lever is a nice feature and stays clean. The grinder is consistent and quiet, the hopper never jams and the way this machine walks you through what to do is brilliant. Additionally ,the auto froth feature makes excellent froth for both cold foam and hot foam. The one thing I don’t like is the overflow water goes into a tray versus back into the water reservoir. It’s been fun making new rich and flavorful coffee drinks. My latte foam art needs some help though.

Coming from k-cups and nespresso this was an upgrade x10! It can make any coffee beverage you can think of, and I love the upgrades from the previous version- built in tamper, hot water spout (americano and lungo now being options), extra foamy froth option, and they have elevated the look! So so happy with my purchase. I look forward to waking up now to see what my morning coffee will be!

Bought for home to make lattes. I used to drink my filter coffee at home and grab lattes from coffee shops which is always different depending on who is making it. With the my new ninja assisted barista, you always get the same high quality and its really easy to make where you dont have to guess. It also makes perfect fresh filter coffee so i got rid of my keuirg

This machine came highly recommended by an employee at best buy and it did not disappoint! So easy to use and makes delicious coffee every time! The cold foam maker is our favorite for iced drinks! Highly recommend this machine!

I love my Ninja Luxe Cafe Pro! It is super user friendly & makes all of my coffee needs well. I have experimented with making a double shot of espresso to making a cold brew with the coffee beans I am using at the moment. The moment my shots turn out sour or bitter, I can always refer back to the instruction manual to fix it. My coffee now tastes so much better than when I used a nespresso machine. Can’t recommend it enough!

This is a late review. i pre-ordered this and got it on the release date and have used it multiple times everyday since it arrived. To say that I absolutely love this machine is an understatement. It is so easy to use (after practicing with it) and the coffee and espressos it makes is delicious. The cost may be prohibitive but Best Buy offers 18 months interest free financing helped me make this purchase. If you’re thining about making this purchase, I encourage you to do it!

If you're deciding between this and the 501/601, I personally found the expanded drink options and other thoughtful upgrades to be worth the extra cost. An incredibly versatile machine that could make just about any coffee based drink you could want. It doesn't require any experience, and you could start making tasty drinks very quickly with the barista assist. The auto-frothing also yields the best results of any machine I've tries that has this feature. I have a couple of gripes with the way the machine interacts with recognizing which basket you are using, if you use a separate grinder for a different bean than what you have in your hopper. It would also be nice to have options for different kinds of portafilters, and a manual brew mode as well. So if you're looking to tinker and experiment more in-depth with your shots, this machine will be very limited for that. But if you're looking for a no fuss machine that removes a lot of the frustration of dialing in your shots, you're really not going to find a better all in one machine that produces so many different quality drinks in this price range.

I got the Ninja LUXE Café Pro 4‑in‑1 Espresso — an excellent coffee machine for home. The coffee comes out as delicious as in a café, and I truly enjoy both the process and the result every time. It’s easy to use, quick to make coffee, and simple to clean. I wish I had bought it earlier — it’s a real pleasure!

Set up is extremely simple. You can scan a barcode and watch a step by step video on how to test your waters hardness level and be up and running in 5 minutes tops. I ran water through the machine a few times before making my first attempt home caramel macchiato. This is expensive but like everything else ninja sells you get what you pay for. This machine takes all the guess work out of any drink that you're going to make. Turn the dial or place a larger cup insert in and the machine reads everything and tells you what to set your grind level for. Tamp twice and you're ready for the best drink you ever made at home. My favorite part is that you can adjust the temp of the water that comes out so when I make an iced coffee I'm not pouring a hot espresso on the ice and watering it down right away. Same goes for frothing. Can go hot or cold for your drink with different levels of frothing. Once you are done with making your milk or whatever you choose to use it self cleans the inside of the frothing stick so nothing is left inside it for your next use! The only downsides for me are it's a really snug fit attaching the drip cup to the machine you have to hold the machine and turn the cup to lock it in place. The second is it goes through a ton of water that goes into the drip tray. It is very easy to remove and dump it would be nice if there was a way like other machines that it recycles what it can. With all of that said, I make better coffee at home now then I got from the big name places I would 100% recommend this

A user friendly espresso machine. Has many features including assisted tamping, intergrated grinder and AI to determine best grind setting for your specific beans. It can froth milk depending on the type like dairy or plant base. The unit does have some plastic parts but for what you pay, it definitely stacks up to the higher end all stainless steel models out there.

My family has enjoyed having the Ninja Luxe Cafe Pro. It is simple to use and make great coffee with tons of options you to pick from. Cleaning the product is quite simple as well. The only down side I have found is after about five months of use, randomly all the buttons stopped working. I have since filled out a custom support form with Ninja and I’m waiting to see how they handle it.

If you’re a coffee drinker like myself and my husband, this is definitely the go to coffee maker for you. It makes drip coffee, espresso, and also espresso martinis. The cold foam is perfection definitely worth the buy.

My girlfriend and I upgraded from an espresso machine we got from target the chefman barista pro. We both noticed that the ninja was a higher quality both in feel and looks. We both like having the grinder internal so we don’t always have coffee grinds on the kitchen countertop. We are also very pleased with the coffee quality. When we used our old machine the coffee was good but not great. With the ninja we are now getting fantastic results with our lattes and cold brews tasting close to coffee shop quality. Overall while the ninja was quite a bit more expensive than our last machine the quality makes it worth it and we are very happy with our purchase.

The absolute very best way to enjoy the Java Bean!! Espresso, Coffee, Cold Brew and Tea. This Machine does it all. Easy to use. The best cup of Joe is through this Ninja!! Absolutely delicious and I fully recommend it.

This coffee maker has truly changed the game in my home. I’ve learned to make the perfect cappuccino, finally mastered a solid drip coffee, and I’m getting better every day. I love that I can make anything I want right at my fingertips using quality coffee beans. I did remove one star because the machine goes through water quickly, and emptying the drip tray can be a hassle if it isn’t placed right next to a sink. It also slides around very easily on real granite countertops, which can be annoying when you’re trying to use it. I’m hoping that in the future they introduce an automatic water-fill option and a direct water line connection to make it even more convenient.
