Overall, I love this product. Works great, compact size fits great on the counter and is easy to clean and store. The only thing I'm not fond of it's how much smoke it creates when cooking.

Bought this not expecting much, just needing to replace the old one I’ve had for less than a year. I now find myself using it everyday. No hot spots like my old unit and seems to heat evenly. The removable non stick griddle is super easy to clean also. Definitely worth the money.

I looooove bbqs and cravings always hit during cold season… when i got this griller i am able to make bbqs anytime esp in the winter season… PLUS it’s easy clean up i just place it in the dishwasher… if i do bbq for dinner it makes me plan right away next day’s breakfast just change it to a griddle and pancakes in a snap!

We use this mutiple times a day often. We have cooked bacon, hamburgers, hot dogs, steaks, sausage in this.. Sharpest style, and easy to clean..grill base comes off for easy cleaning.. Ninja brands never disappoint us.

I own several Ninja products. I purchased this griddle for breakfast meals. It’s perfect! I’ve done french toast, regular toast, eggs, bacon, etc. All cooked perfectly fine. Doesn’t take long to heat up and plates are easy to clean.

I love the grill is very versatile. I like the fact that you get two different plate a flat top and a grill top the grill top Works Wonders!!! if you like me focus on your grill marks on your Food it does the job.

I got this for my husband for his birthday and he loves it so much that I think it’s his favorite gift so far.

I wished this device had a more active smokeless system other than an additional layer...otherwise, the interchangeable Grill and Griddle, add to the reputation of NINJA appliances; another great addition to the kitchen.

This is an excellent little device for grilling ribeye or other meat!

It worked great for half a year! Then the entire metal top deformed and now it's completely unusable. I broke it using it as it instructed, preheating it and then placing the meat on top. The meat was room temperature, and there wasn't any water or anything on it, so it seems like the material/construction might just not be very good.

This is not really smokeless is not ideal for hotel use because of the smoke.

Chose this because of the excelent reviews. Open box excellent condition was offered and thought it was a great deal. NOT. Box came warped, back handle was broken off and broken piece left in the box, tons of scratches on the main griddle, and missing the flat griddle! How can you say this is in excellent conditon with all these defects? I missed the return window so now I'm stuck with this! I buy a ton of stuff from best buy and was always satisfied until this purchase. LOSE MONEY!

Initial impression: The packing of the Ninja Sizzle Smokeless Countertop Indoor Grill & Griddle is very good, protecting the appliance from shipping hazards. Each plate is enclosed in a plastic bag, making sure to protect the surface. My initial impression after unpacking is that it is a very well-made grill. It comes with the grill, swappable grill and griddle plates, a removable dishwasher-safe splatter lid, and a quick start guide including recipes. Setup: There isn’t really any setup to this grill. You unpack it, set it on the counter, put the plate on it that you wish to cook with, and it is set up. Operating: Operating the grill is also very simple. You select the cooking plate you want to use, you turn on the grill, set the temperature using the chart on the front of the grill, let it warm up for a few minutes, and start cooking. It is so simple. Performance: The first thing we did was grill hamburgers on it. We set the grill plate on the grill, turned it on, set the temp to 400°, and after warming up for a few minutes we started cooking. After a few minutes, huge perfect hamburgers came off the grill. They were perfectly cooked on both the outside and the inside. The next morning, we put the griddle on the grill and cooked up some home-made pancakes. They were phenomenal. We set the temp based on the chart on the front of the grill. After a few minutes, we had a plate full of them. We next decided to cook scrambled eggs. We set the temperature and put the eggs on the grill. This one didn’t work out as planned, because some of the egg batter drained into the grease trap. Should have seen that one coming. What remained on the griddle cooked perfectly. Everything we cooked turned out perfect, and it truly is smoke free. Cleaning it is a breeze, remove the plate and wash it in the sink. Wipe the grill down, and you’re done. If the lid gets greasy, it can be cleaned in the sink or in the dishwasher. Conclusion: The Ninja Sizzle Smokeless Indoor Grill & Griddle is an amazing indoor grill. It is truly smokeless, offers both grill and griddle, cooks perfectly when you follow the temperature settings on the chart on the front, and cleans up easily. I have had many indoor countertop grills, and none of them do everything perfectly. Some clean easier, some cook good, some bad, some are truly no-stick, and some are smokeless. But this is the first indoor grill that does all things right. If you are looking for an indoor countertop grill and griddle that is smokeless and anti-stick, I highly recommend this grill.

So excited to get this grill, had a George Forman grill for many years and it finally wore out. This Ninja grill I thought would be a good replacement however the first 3-4 times it was used had excellent results. Now it barely grills. Turn it up all the way and still takes over 45 minutes to cook chicken strips. Also it claims it is non stick, HA! Awful this thing is a piece of junk…My advice is shop around, I am so disappointed and will need to fork out more money for something that actually works for more than 3-4 uses.

I love grilling food, but the brutal summers where I live tend to keep me away from the outdoors. I was skeptical that an electric device would be able to function as a replacement, and interested to try it out. That being said, the first thing I cooked on this was breakfast, starting with a pack of bacon and followed by french toast and fried eggs. Unlike my old electric skillet, heat distribution on the Sizzle seems to be pretty uniform, without hot/cold spots. Everything turned out very well, and the grease trap did a great job of collecting everything. Cleanup of the griddle tray (once it cooled down, which took a while, it was still quite warm after an hour) was very easy with soap and water. Most of the grease simply wiped off with a paper towel. The second thing I tried were smashburgers. If you're familiar with these, they're patties that are crushed thin while cooking, and meant to quickly form a sort of "crust" on the surface. I normally do this with a cast iron sheet on my grill at 600+ degrees, and was ~almost~ successful with the Sizzle. They still came out pretty good, and I think with some adjustment and experience, I can come close. Next I tried cooking chicken breast, using the grill sheet. These also came out better than expected, in about the same time as they do on the grill, with excellent grill marks. Just make sure you give the thing time to fully preheat. You do need to be careful about the surfaces. Don't use any metal tools unless they're encased in silicone, stick to soft spatualas and the like, or you'll likely scratch the surface, and avoid putting the plates in the dishwasher (dishwashing the removable lid is apparently fine) I'm looking forward to throwing some hot dogs on, as well as some fish in the near future to see how that goes. I normally consider fish too delicate for direct grill contact, but I think it'll work well here, and I'm excited to try it out.
