I like this very much. :) have only tried a drink with alcohol once and it was taking forever but I was also not following and directions or recipe so maybe I had to much? I’ll try again. We’ve tried lemonade, juices and milkshakes. All were awesome!

If you’re hesitant to buy refurbished, this unit will come as good as new, no signs of use. Works well, good value.

Easy to use, I just added my favorite mix drink and within 20 min. I was enjoying a nice cold slushie. Cleaning was simple, just rinse with warm water and dry.

It can be incredibly frustrating when you're ready to use your Ninja product and, instead of getting started, all of the buttons begin flashing and the unit won't allow you to select a function. When a product won't respond to controls as expected, it can quickly take away from the experience. We'd appreciate the opportunity to review the issue and help get things working properly.
