I just love this oven, it makes the best pizza ever! It’s so easy to use. I have made salmon and ribs as well and they came out perfect. I can’t wait to make brisket next. I love the fact that it is a smoker and a pizza oven. Also I like that it’s for outside so my counter space is open. This is a great product and I highly recommend it.

Absolutely blown away by versatility. Pizza, ribs, veggies, chicken, cold smoking. This thing does anything and everything. Wish they made a stackable one/ I would buy a bigger version of this if I could

So far I’ve used the smoker and pizza oven features, both successfully. With the smoker, don’t let anybody tell you it’s easy to clean, but I guess that comes with the territory. (Try Easy Off Degreaser, NOT the Oven Cleaner!) As a pizza oven, it really impressed me. I made four small (9”) pizzas yesterday with thick, NY-style crusts. I made them on metal pans (see photo), thinking I could somehow slide them off the pans onto the pizza stone to cook. Nope - that idea was a bust (maybe next time I make them on my 12” bamboo pizza peel dusted with cornmeal instead?) So I was stuck cooking them with the metal pans underneath, between the raw dough and the hot pizza stone. Well okay, the crust will probably be undercooked on the bottom, but let’s give it a try…To my surprise, this worked JUST FINE. The crust was cooked through in 3 MINUTES’ TIME! It was soft-ish in a nice chewy way, but unquestionably cooked all the way through. At 700 degrees, you don’t dare cook the toppings LONGER than 3 minutes because (see photo) you’re already getting char spots - but at that point they’re more “tasty” than “burned”. I got this for $299. For comparison, I bought a Wolf Speed Oven, combo microwave/ broiler/ convection oven recently. It’s also versatile and wonderful for ITS unique capabilities, but it cost $3,700 and five months’ wait to get it! This is a great deal and works very well, can’t wait to do more cool stuff with it…

LOVE IT! We love this pizza oven, we dont eat meat so its great for all our cooking still, we have made a lot of great pizzas over the summmer. Heats up fast, have a little curve dor timing but omg sooooo tasty! I do recommend it is you love making your pizza from scratch. The soid design with with steel and aluminum make it heathier than all that teflon and nonstick. I honestly cant describe how much i love this!!! Ninja products are top notch!
