Amiibos are just mini statues with some game functionality. super smash bros. has some of the better in game effect with you being able to train up an npc, in this case King K. Rool,to function on it’s own. Overall the figure looks really nice, the colors are more vibrant than their in game counterpart but besides that it looks identical.

I bought this product at its regular price of $19.99, but the next day it was reduced to $9.99! I requested a price match on my app, and Best Buy honored their policy immediately. It was amazing to find such a great price, super-fast shipping, and careful packaging on a Nintendo-licensed product! I'm beyond happy with this purchase.

King K. Rool looks absolutely awesome as an amiibo. The sculpt really captures his personality, from the crown to the big belly and cape. The details and paint are excellent and it stands out immediately on my shelf. A perfect collectible for Donkey Kong fans.

I mean, it’s just cool! I love the smash amiibo’s cause you can train them to fight a certain way and make them face off against other amiibo’s you’ve trained.

When it was revealed that King K. Rool would be in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, it was very exciting and it's something that people have been wanting for since Smash 4. It was about time that DK's nemesis joins in Smash. I knew Nintendo was going to make an amiibo for it. Of course, I bought the amiibo as soon as it was available for purchase. I like how detailed his tattered cape, the scales of his skin, that crazed look in his eyes, the teeth, his shiny crown and shiny belly. Every single detail was accurate to the original design. One minor complaint that I have is that the color of King K. Rool's scaly skin is not as vibrant like in the original games, but I guess they did that on purpose since all the characters in Smash Ultimate - where their colors are not as vibrant like in Smash 4, but the colors are not as washed out as in Brawl. Overall, I enjoyed this amiibo and it feels complete with my DK and Diddy amiibos! This will make a great collection for those who like collecting amiibos and for people who are fans of the DKC series. :)

King K. Rool looks very shiny and detailed! I missed this amiibo the first time he was released and I'm glad he got a reprint. I was able to get this for someone as a Christmas gift.

Fat croc is funny. I like to make him beat up small children in the smash bros

This amiibo is pretty great! Its got good detalis and high quality. If your a fan of donkey kong or this character definitely pick it up. It does some stuff in game but your really buying at for your shelf.

It's the King himself in all his glory, details and paint job are very good. It's a little heavy for such a little figure.
