Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is a fun way to wake up! It has pleasant sounds for children, and the alarm continues to make sounds until you get out of bed. It detects movement, so it knows if you've actually gotten up or just moved your hand to snooze the alarm. It's easy to set up, and the design is very cute and colorful. It's like waking up playing with Mario!

For the longest time I’ve never been able to wake up to alarms. Ive always had to sleep early and take up early before my time to get up because I sleep through my alarms and they become background music in my dream. That was until I bought alarmo. Alarmo works differently from other alarm clocks and uses sensors to only snooze once you get out of bed. It’s genuinely so nice to be able to sleep whenever I like and wake up at the time I set and it’s a plus that it’s themed entirely around Nintendo. The themes will wake you up with multiple different ones you can choose from and displays little characters that make jingles every hour of the day like a coo coo clock. I haven’t even talked about the coolest feature yet, sleepy sounds. Sleepy sounds plays calming music from Nintendo games like Mario odyssey or breath of the wild and winds down until you eventually stop moving and fall asleep. I recommend this clock to anyone with sleep issues Nintendo fan or not!

I’ve been using the Alarmo for a little while now and honestly really like it. The Nintendo sounds are a lot more fun to wake up to than a normal alarm, and the clock itself looks really nice on my nightstand. It’s pretty easy to set up and use, and I like that there are different sounds to choose from. It’s definitely more of a fun Nintendo product than something you actually need, but if you’re a Nintendo fan, I think it’s worth having.

Great graphics that follow you and excellent Nintendo design and user interface. I don't use an alarm and I love it anyway as an animated clock and hourly chime. It even moved into my RV. There's no clock on earth like this!

Excellent product Nintendo has created once again. I don’t wake up as angry as I would with my phones annoying alarm. Being able to wake up to the sounds of all the games I love and then some is just pure joy. You can even link it to your Nintendo account for even more options.

I was not expecting that quality of the Nintendo alarmó honestly is such a great product

This is a fantastic product! Built with quality and attention to detail. After connecting to the internet there is many more themes to download. I think any Nintendo fan will find something to love with this alarm clock!

Lovecthis alarm its so cool I use it every day. I use it to wake up from naps. I use it to wake up for work. I have so much fun. It’s so good.

A cute alarm clock for Nintendo fans. I wish it had more features and more alarm sounds but it is decent for the price

This product is a joke. I love Nintendo, and was excited when I first saw this, but after using it I will say that it is a complete joke and a waste of money. First the set up is a pain. The alarm clock has a gimmick where it watches your body while you sleep. I don't know how well this works because I don't care about it, I just want a fun alarm. But you have to go through a laborious setup moving around your room while it tries to read your body language. Second, as an alarm clock it's not great. You only have the option to set 1 alarm and that's it. The screen is really dim so its hard to actually see the time. The sound is super quiet so it fails on that front too. If it was only 50.00 I would keep it just for cute factor, but for 100.00 there is no way.

6 year old boy that is obsessed with Mario things has loved this Alarm Clock. It can get really loud and he has figured out how to do lots of things with it. Every hour it will make the mario Coin sound the number of hours it is (if 8 o'clock it will chime 8 times). But it has quiet hours and lots of different features. It has a few different modes including one that will keep the alarm going and it somehow has a sensor on it that will not stop until he's actually out of the bed. He loves it so much. He is still trying to figure out some of the settings but I think it has been a positive to our mornings. The price was probably way more than I wanted to pay but the thing does seem pretty durable and will make it many years. I did connect it to my Nintendo account and was able to download an update and more wake up songs. So far it has made our mornings way better because he sets it earlier than he probably should but he's almost become a happy morning kid. I think he's starting to understand time now and how that works.

This alarm clock is super cute! I'm pleasantly surprised at how cute and useful this alarm clock actually is. My kiddo has been begging for it for months, so I splurged and got it for her for Christmas. The setup was pretty easy and it actually requires you to get out of bed to turn off, so she actually gets up. She went from complaining about getting up, to being excited to hear Princess Peach, Mario, or Princess Zelda in the morning. It does require a dedicated space to put it, but the sensor has worked really well.

I’ve been using the Nintendo Sound Clock at home, and it has actually become part of my daily routine. Every morning at 8:00, it wakes me up with Nintendo music, and I really like the nostalgic soundtrack choices. Compared with a normal alarm tone, it feels much more pleasant and makes waking up a little less annoying. I also use the sleep sounds sometimes, usually setting them for around midnight. One thing I’ve noticed, though, is that the sleep sound feature can be a little inconsistent. Sometimes it won’t start unless I’m actually lying down in bed, which I assume is related to the motion sensor detecting whether someone is there. That said, I still really enjoy using it. The design is fun, the Nintendo music gives it a lot of personality, and it works well as both a bedside clock and a Nintendo collectible.

I didn’t have very high expectations after reading the initial reviews, however, the device has been a joy to use for my child. It’s really gotten my child to use and take care of their alarm. I have no downsides to it for somebody that sleeps in the bed by themselves. I wish that it was better about when two people are in the bed so I could have one of my own. The screen gets nice and dark, which is nice and the songs to help sleep are very non-interruptive, which is great. I think the controls are very intuitive. However, I don’t think the software is very intuitive when you’re trying to set alarms or snooze or skip alarms all in all we’ve been very happy with this purchase and I would recommend it to others that enjoy Nintendo products and need a decent alarm as long as they sleep by themselves and not with a partner.

I wish the clock numbers were more visible especially in the dark I can't see it during light daytime. It's not the best controls when setting up. Love the music while you sleep. It doesn't have options for duration of music at nighttime.

I enjoy the product for what it is. It's an alarm clock that plays notable music from the Nintendo mainline franchises. It is limited to the amount of title and the amount of songs per title, but the ones that are provided are the ones you'd expect to be there. With that being said, the sensors on the alarm are a bit tough to understand exactly what it is tracking when it's doing certain actions. I have the alarm on an elevated position approximately 2 inches higher than my bed on the left side. It is in a canted position to encompass my entire body when I am lying down. I have it callibrated in that position according to the "sensor setup", however; it doesn't detect me getting out of bed to stop the alarm and play the fan fair a majority of the time. I dont know what it is registering/detecting. Regardless, that seems to be a one-off situation. It's still a great and adorable product. Would recommend.

I enjoy the alarmo it has lots of themes to choose and the alarm sounds are great to hear and the new updates it comes with. I enjoy the selection of different themes such as Super Mario Bros. The Legend of Zelda and more.

Fun and easy to set up. My son loves it. Like the option of changing background.

I purchased this clock for my kids a cute way for them to wake up in the mornings. the device has a lot of sceeen savers with theenjoy and i love the little music tunes

Excellent product and cool alarm clock. Pricey but has lots of cool features and still receives new alarms and updates regularly. Has things like sleep sounds and hourly chimes which is really neat if that’s your thing. Could use a little more customization features and more alarms and themes for each game title. Still an excellent product, the alarmo will be the only Nintendo product I will have purchased for the foreseeable future.
