Im done with Best Buy

I ordered a 50 foot USB cable I received a 6 foot cable Nothing but trouble. Contacted Best Buy, they told me to contact NewEgg. What a messed situation with both companies Multiple pictures and emails. Finally had to go an hour away to Best Buy to get a refund. I'm a disabled Veteran in a wheelchair. Both companies customer service sucks big time. I will no longer do business with either company. Amazon gift the right item delivered the next day, for $2.00 more. You lost a lifetime customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
