Q: Hi there. I have this scooter and a tire is flat and I don't know how to replace it? Or where to even find the tire? Can you help?

A: I have the same issue, contacted with them before, seems they have to ship the product back and pay around 93$ plus fees to fix it for you as they don’t have the tire itself.

A: Personally, I downloaded the app on my phone and had no problem with mine. Which I assembled it and charged it fully before I turned it on for the first time. I hope you get this resolved, it has been a ton of fun for my 14 yr old.

Q: What is the rider max weight?

A: I personally weigh 270 lbs and it will reach max speed on level ground. Up hill will decrease and sometimes have to manually push with one foot.
