Very sturdy. Very fast. Solid construction. We wish it had a bracket for cell phone. Overall we love it! It is my daughter's favorite thing to do.

I just purchased the Niu 100f and his product is actually amazing at its price point in comparison to all the others I’ve reviewed. Its state of the art specs and features are non existent on other models such as the folding handle bar, grip throttle, and suspension. The only downside, I really wish it was Apple “ find my” capable. And the battery doesn’t last as advertised either. I used up 60% in about an hour of use. Acceleration is fast and handling is great!

Good scooter. Not to expensive. Wish it was a little faster but good purchase over all.

This ride is legit! The portability is like nothing on the market because of the weight and folding handlebar. Its fast and feels very sturdy. If range is your concern dont be! This can go and keep going for 10 plus miles at full speed!

Amazing build quality, rides smooth thanks to the front suspension and 9.5 inch air filled tires. Specs on the best buy website are wrong .Top speed is at 17.4 mph and max range is 18 miles.Folding handlebars are great for storing in closets or in the car. App lets you customize acceleration speed, speed limit and charge percentage limit to prolongue battery health. You can also lock the scooter on the app and trigger an alarm. Overall a great value for the price

Greetings all and to all concerned. I would like to extend my gratitude to NIU for making these scooters. My son had did some research for months before choosing the one he wanted to make as his first purchase. My son was on summer break heading into his senior year of high school. He has been helping out an elderly gentleman for quite some time. Throwing trash, getting his mail, going shopping with him and taking up groceries, and cleaning his home. This is something my son enjoyed. It so happens, the elder gentleman started to pay my son for his deeds. My son declined at first but the gentleman insisted due to seeing my son always happy to help out. In doing so, my son started to save his money for everything he was doing. He had brought it to our attention on his desire to purchase an EScooter and how he was doing his research on the best one: price wise and in safety matters. Upon review of a few scooters. We both seen this at Best Buy online and googled it up and looked at YouTube for more info and reviews. We noticed the price was a great price and the reviews were even better. Being this is his first purchase of anything major and he wanted to do this all on his own with no help from his parents. Aww, what a great kid. So we allowed him to make his decision. His decision was to make this purchase at Best buy because he said, BestBuy has the best price anywhere in store or online. So I'm making my best buy at BestBuy. My son paid everything all himself with no help from mom or dad whatsoever. Other than a ride to BestBuy in Fullerton Ca. Now my son has aspirations of getting a job to where he can ride the scooter to work and travel partially on the bus as well. And after several paychecks are saved, he can purchase an Ebike. Which he wants to give away the escooter to someone in need. All this over an EScooter, makes me smile that my son is well mannered and respectful. With that beings said, I want to send a huge Thank You to BestBuy and NUI for making this possible. Great store and Great product. We appreciate your team effort on this scooter. NIU KQi 100F is the perfect first scooter purchase. It is safe, runs extremely smooth, the shocks are absolutely perfect. Brakes work great, the blinkers on the handlebars are absolutely perfect for safety. Great product and the price. Absolutely amazing price. Runs on eco mode to save on battery life. If my son has one question of an issue, it's that the battery gets hot when charging. Cools down fast though. Other than that, my son is extremely happy and he understands to respect the road and only ride on the sidewalk when nobody is walking or running. He must adhere to our expectations and the respect for others. Again, we as a family Thank You for this opportunity. Know this, in the future. My son will eventually give his scooter away and buy an EBike manufactured by NIU and will buy it from BestBuy. This scooter has been an absolutely perfect choice for commuting from my off-campus apartment to classes. The battery life is exceptionally long, so I don't have to worry about it running out during the week, even with daily round trips. When it does need a charge, it juices up surprisingly fast. The build quality feels sturdy, and it accelerates smoothly up to its 18 mph max speed, making the ride quick and enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a reliable daily commuter.

Very impressive scooter for the price. excellent quality. Front shocks puts this on top from the rest of budget scooters. Would give this 5 stars if i was able to connect to the bluetooth and take advantage of all the features. Ive tried to updating the phone and app but not able to; also tried 3 different phones and different account but still unable to connect. Scooter works great without the app.

You get quality and perforamce for a lot less money than the competition. Many reviewers on youtube describe the item as a marketing ploy to sell this scooter for less than what it cost to make it. Niu wants to draw more customers into the scooter market. It worked on me and I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

The battery lasts a long time. I use it for school and don’t have to charge it every day. And it fits in my small car easily.

Great electric scooter. Bought 2 for my 12 and 13 yo kids and they loved them so much. Perfect speed too so I don’t have to worry if they go too fast.
