I bought this scooter for daily commuting and it has exceeded my expectations. It is easy to use, comfortable, and well built. The battery lasts a long time and it works perfectly for short and medium trips. Great quality for the price. I highly recommend it.

Overall for the price point, this scooter is beyond what you’d expect. 1) 0-17.4 mph in a few seconds. 2) You will get roughly 11-18 miles out of a single charge, ( depending on how fast you’re going and your weight). 3) Can hold up to 265 lbs 4) The NIU 100p is a fun commuter that is built to last. 5.) Would recommend to friends and family! The only con is that the it lacks turning signals for street riding, in which case you can get the NIU 100F for a little more $! Also when you need to change tires you’ll have to send it to the factory to be replaced but do not fret, it comes with a 2 year warranty! Get riding!

Runs super smooth, my main concern was the weight limit on a budget friendly scooter, but this one holds up to 265lbs, which is pretty good for a tall person like myself. And super easy to store with its foldable design.

This was my 1st scooter so I did a ton of research before purchasing. The initial this I noticed was how hefty it is and along with reliable durability. Commute back and forth to work is about 5 miles and I still have 50% of my battery. The scooter has great speed, even with me being an above-average person in height and weight (6 ft, 200 lbs). The app is very user-friendly and easy to understand. The only negative is that the guidebook is very detailed, so you'd have to Google some things.

My "NIU - KQi 100P Scooty" arrived 3 weeks ago. For its friendly budget price it rides extremly smooth. My on complaint is the battery, The battery tends to die quicker than expected, i wish the battery last longer. I bought the "NIU - KQi 100P Scooty" as a starter kit to learn, sooner or later i would like up upgrade to higher level Niu Scooter !!!

Arrived quickly n packaged well. My son uses it for traveling to work the last mile after his train ride and he loves it. Rides nice and has enough power to get up big hills. Definitely happy with my purchase from Best Buy!

It’s honestly the best goes good fast speed and they charge up fast not heavy and I take it on all transits bus trains etc super easy to learn and comfortable I definitely recommend for the price too that being that it’s a brand not an off brand from tictok or temu definitely worth it. I bought 2 and they are still holding up

I purchased this scooter as a birthday gift for someone special and they loved it from the second they laid eyes on it, when they read the manual they loved how it connects to their phone through the NIU app, and how it fits in their sedan trunk (anyone who owns a sedan knows how small the trunks are). I would purchase this again!

The scooter is very sturdy, good quality, and the battery performs exceptionally well. I am very satisfied.

Right off the bat the scooter looks nice and rides smooth but upon opening the box I see that the valve stem is missing. No biggie I contacted the company via email they provided a phone number that nobody ever answers so customer service isn’t great. Then the scooter started throwing error codes randomly and would just shut off while riding it. On the app they show different error messages and every single one I got said contact dealer so then you need to contact the dealer that doesn’t respond. Then a couple days later the back tire lost all air pressure and went flat. Overall really terrible scooter. Also not to mention that the scooter shows when the battery was made and it showed 2024 so it had been sitting for 2 years. And on top of that Best Buy had terrible customer service with very rude and disrespectful reps who wouldn’t help me at all when I would call for support. I wouldn’t recommend this scooter to anybody unless you want error codes shutting off and having to replace the tire 10 days into ownership. Try Hiboy they seem to make great produces.

Works amazing!!! It is a little werid at first but other than that this has to be one of my favorite brands of scooter

I purchase this scooter on Aug 7 and the rear tire has come apart already and its Aug 31. I cannot return it to best buy because they said I am not a plus member. I have had a best buy account for 20 plus years and this is the treatment I get for being a long time customer

My son broke his arm when he drove past a road where there wasn't much water and he slipped. I don't think it's a very good product for braking.

Works great! Has good power. Rides smooth. Folds up easily. I use it daily. Holds a great charge.
