This scooter is awesome!! When it says 20 miles an hour, it means 20 miles an hour. The range on this thing is amazing. I can charge it up overnight and I can go all day! The acceleration is awesome. It's a snappy little thing. Believe me if you buy this you will not be disappointed. The only reason it didn't get five stars is because my charger started not working. I plugged it in one morning and it just started flashing red which I found out means that it has a fault inside and customer service for NIU is hard to deal with.

It has enough power for city commuting, and the battery lasts a long time on a single charge. Easy to use, comfortable to ride, and looks stylish. The NIU KQi 300p is a great scooter for commuting. I bought this scooter a little over a month ago and have well over 100 miles on it. This scooter is great for the road due to its front hydraulic suspension, which is almost hard to find on other scooters around this price. The acceleration is very good and can climb certain hills with ease. The range is never a problem, especially if you have regen turned on. Over all this scooter could do most things you would need and the bigger one which cost more is even better with more speed and range.

The battery life is honestly not bad at all. I like how it runs. It can get very fast. For my first e scooter really nice product. I use it a lot on the neighborhood, trails, and such. All of that hasn't done me dirty.

A very fun scooter and easy to use and extremely quick

My son loves his scooter however it does come with hiccups from time to time. This is our third scooter that we purchased the first one would not turn on the second one was working fine for almost a year and then all of a sudden just stopped working on My Son when he was trying to return from school. The one good thing I do recommend is getting the warranty as we were able to replace it, but you do have to re-sign up for the warranty again so you’re spending another hundred and something if you’re not doing their extended policy plan. When it’s working, it’s the best thing you can keep track of it. It has its own built-in lock system however, we do use it with an external lock to ensure safety when we’re not using it.

This scooter is well built. Evrything you could want for a daily commuter. It does have a kick when you use the throttle but it can be toned down in the app. Just be cautious and wear a helmet. But highly recommended!

Scooter works great. Love the blinker and the head and rear lights when riding at night. Speed is great as well. Doesnt feel cheap. Hopefully will last years. Ride everyday on college campus. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love this scooter. I had to buy a new one so I bought this. I got a defective piece but Best buy replaced it without question. It runs smooth and fast. And lasts for about 24 miles on a full charge. The suspension makes all the difference. Amazing

This E-Scooter is a great little commuter to go around town. This scooter has the best led headlights and taillights in the market as they are super bright along with turn signals integrated into the handlebar. The app provides great information regarding your scooter and it's very easy to use. The ride is so smooth and you don't feel any bumps while riding it over bumpy roads. I recommend everyone to buy this E-Scooter.

Just hit my 100 mile mark and this scooter has blown my mind in performance and build quality.

Excellent scooter my goal was to purchase one so I did now I enjoy doing my personal errands when I know the scooter is best fit for the job so I stick with it and enjoy my rendezvous all over Long Beach California by the beach

Great breaks but the suspension isn’t the best could be fixed

Range is good, speed is average, it’s heavy but durable and charges surprisingly fast.

Very amazing E Scooter steering is very stable acceleration is very fast. I think is one of the More premium looking e scooter in the market. Truly no complaints and the 20mph speed I feel is more than enough fine.
