The Best Camera Travel Backpack System
I'm somewhat of a bag junkie so when I can say that this bag is the best camera bag system to date, that means a lot to me. The bag is very well thought out and has tons of room for all the camera gear BUT where all the other camera bags lack is space for non-camera gear. Love how one side is for all camera related and the other side is for packing 1-3 days worth of everyday essentials for travel. Then it has a separate roomy sleeve pocket for laptops. Plus it's also expandable for more room. Even if you were to get the bag ONLY, it's great. You'll get plenty of dividers and several pockets to organize your gear. But if you get the accessories it really completes the system. I have attached photos of one scenario of how I've packed the camera section of the bag. I'll mentioned some cons, and there isn't very many. For one, it's really expensive especially if you get all the accessories with it. The counter is, it's darn good stuff. The bag is deceivingly large and heavy unloaded, which means once you pack it it's even heavier, so be prepared. The bag can wear pretty easily because of the dark water resistant material, so scratches and scuffs will reveal themselves very easily. I only mention because mine already has some visible wear with very careful light use and I have bags that have been through years of use and travel with very little signs of wear. It's worth mentioning because the Nomatic ads have Peter McKinnon in the mountains camping/hiking and putting the bag through some serious use. It gives them impression the bag will be tough enough, which I believe it is, but it will show the wear. In conclusion, I was very reluctant to buy the bag because of the price. I actually decide against the kickstarter even for their promo price. But after seeing it's release and getting it the hands of more people, I decided to pull the trigger. I'm glad I did because it's working out well for my everyday carry all mobile office/camera kit. In the end, it really is an amazing camera bag and I highly recommend if it fits your budget.

Perfect.
This is a fantastic bag. It holds everything it want it to and more. The dual function is phenomenal. The build quality is BETTER than the lowepros I've used in material, functionality, and how it feels/fits. You will love this bag. The ONLY thing I wish was different was if the side access or overall depth was about 1/4" larger so I could get my Canon 90d with a hand grip in and out easier.

The Best Camera Bag I have Ever Used!!!
I am a Best Buy Employee, and took this bag with me as my only camera bag on a road trip through the Black Hills. First of all the Nomatic Camera Backpack, is the perfect backpack no matter your skill level or the amount of equipment that you have. It is versatile enough to accommodate a number of lens or bodies. On this trip I brought with and packed: - 2 Canon DSLR Bodies - Canon 70-200 F.28 Lens - Canon 24-105 F4L - Canon 17-40 F4L - Canon 50mm F1.8 - 1 Peak Design Travel Tripod and a number of batteries, cards, filters, and straps. Even with all the gear I brought with I would have been able to fit more gear or clothes into the bag: The Great: The backpack looks as premium as you would expect, there is not a detail that is overlooked, from the lock compatible zippers, and side accessible panel was easier to access than other bags that I have used in the past. It easily was able to hold my tripod without issue, and it was easily accessible, the pocket also has a magnet in it to ensure that when you take out the tripod it folds flat. The Front access of the bag is expandable to allow you add more clothes to the dedicated clothing section of the bag. The bag is extremely comfortable, and the fact that the waste strap is removable, allows you to customize it to adapt to what you plan on shooting for the day. The Bad: This bag holds so much that you might be temped to take it all with you.

Great Camera Bag
I am an employee of Best Buy and had the opportunity to test the Peter McKinnon camera bag after reading great things about it online. I have previously used and liked Nomatic luggage, and have never quite clicked with any of the several camera backpacks I’ve owned. I use the pack to carry my Sony a7III (which permanently lives on an L bracket, increasing its weight and bulk) and growing kit. I also generally travel with a 13” MacBook Pro and iPad. The pack is, in typical Nomatic fashion, both stylish and of very high quality. It’s made of very high-end materials and manages to look svelte despite its considerable size. I also appreciate that it doesn’t scream “camera case!” when I am walking around. The weight is reasonable for its size, and it’s the most comfortable large backpack I have worn, due to the thick padded straps ventilated back padding and load adjustment options. I like that the waist strap (which is well padded and comfy) is easily removable, as it’s one of those things that’s a blessing when needed and could be a nuisance when it’s not. The camera section is huge, and comes with plenty of dividers that allow it to be used to carry entirely camera gear or a combination of camera gear and clothing or other items. The amount of storage is beyond what I generally need for my system – you could easily carry two bodies and lenses for each – but the flexibility of the pack means that I can use that space for other items as well. Ergonomically it’s really nice, with dedicated side openings for my camera and laptop. The pack also has a dedicated clothing area which expands as needed – there is plenty of room for weekend’s clothing without putting any of it into the camera section. I also have the Cube Pack, a small camera case that fits into the larger pack, holds a smaller camera setup and folds out into an entire day pack. Very handy addition. The only real critique I can find is that this is not an inexpensive pack. That said, it’s very fairly priced given the quality of its build, and my experience with luggage tends to be that you get what you pay for. I am very happy with this bag!

Excellent. And delivers on its Warranty.
Bought this backpack 2.5 years ago. Pricey but use it 5-7x a week. 2 zippers broke. I was reminded that Company offers lifetime warranty - "The Nomatic McKinnon Camera Pack 35L has a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship." But who believes that any company honors their warranty without jumping through hoops including having to pay shipping expense. Company repaired zippers. Paid for expedited shipping. Communicated through out. SIMPLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOVE THIS BAG. LOVE THIS COMPANY.
