I really wanted to like this bike. While there are some things I did really like about it, but the quality didn't seem to match up with the price. My pedal crank kept coming loose after about 20 minutes of spinning. Now I'm a bigger guy, but I am well under the 350lbs weight limit. I decided to return it. That is one of the reasons I decided to buy it through Best Buy, they are great about returns. It worked well with iFit. It was awesome how it controlled the incline/decline and resistance. It's also nice to have something automatically keep track of my spin workout. I did like the iFit app, but I thought it was a bit pricey. I'm not sure if I'd pay for it after the free trial. I did have one problem where it told me there was an update, but it never let me update the software. Prior to the pedal problems, the ride was pretty quiet. It got squeaky once it started getting loose. I liked the magnetic resistance. Of course this might have just been an isolated problem. The reason I wanted to do this review was because while I was researching this bike, I had a hard time finding consumer reviews for this bike. So this was my experience, YMMV. Thank you Best Buy for having an awesome return policy!

A very durable workout bike. Great workout videos as well. You may need a bigger seat cushion but besides that its great.

Having this for about a month now I feel that this is an honest review. It is a solid bike and does an excellent job of preforming the way it was designed as well as advertised. I was able to assemble it with out assistance. The seat was the only trouble some spot. It required a few adjustments to find the perfect spot. If it is not aligned correctly it wiggles and will make noise as you peddle. It may also shift while you're on it. Keep the adjustment key handy. The seat is adjustable for height and distance from the handle bars which allows multiple family members to have a preferred setting. The iFit coaching included also allowed settings for 3 members of my family. It tracks up to 5 individual's workouts. I have not paid for a plan yet but the included workouts have been challenging to a beginner.

I have compared this product to other nationally advertised products and this by far this one is superior. Installation staff was amazing could not recommend this product more or the Best Buy crew that put it together.

I am an employee of Best Buy on the Merchant Team and current NordicTrack S10i user. The S10i Studio Cycle hardware is itself impressive. The materials, from the bike frame, to the seat cushion, to even the included 3lb dumbbells all have a premium look and feel. As much of an afterthought the pedals of a stationary studio cycle may be, the fact I have the option to use the S10i with any pair of workout shoes OR cycling cleats with a simple swap of included pedals is a definite benefit. Another unique feature is the ability to rotate the 10’’ HD touchscreen mounted on the studio cycle. The iFit coaching platform has an expansive workout library, including studio classes lead by world-class trainers and the ability to virtually explore each of the 7 continents. Each workout, whether that consists of cycling the Tour de Franc trail or grinding through a studio bootcamp includes some element of off-bike cross training. The rotatable touchscreen feature enables a user to maximize the off-cycle workout segments in environments with minimal free space. The feature that impressed me the most was the S10i’s ability to match the incline/decline of the trail on which I was “biking” through the iFit coaching platform. Reading about the 20% incline feature definitely peaked my interest in the product, but experiencing the trainer-controlled incline shift in the midst of a workout truly separates the S10i from the competition. Bottom Line: The NordicTrack S10i delivers an immersive cycle studio workout in the comfort of one's home. The ever increasing library of workouts through the iFit coaching platform prevents sessions from becoming repetitive and mundane making it easier to achieve health and fitness goals.
