Love this machine. It is easy to use, the programs are great and it is quiet so I can workout early in the morning without waking anyone.

Awesome machine. Requires mounting against the studs in the wall (it wasn't clear to me when purchased, but wasn't a problem). The workouts are hard and 30 minutes will have you sweating and begging for mercy. Setup was relatively easy, but the components are heavy duty, so does require some strength or two people. Love that it contributes to the iFIT completed workouts as well, you definitely need an iFIT subscription to get the most out of the video workouts. Definitely recommend the purchase only with an iFIT subscription to watch the recommended exercises, otherwise, you'll be wondering what to pull when and in what direction.

Horrible Service. I had 2 no shows for delivery dates. I have to drive 4 1/2 hours one way to my second home, only to have no one show up or even call to cancel. Finally, the delivery was made on december 8th after multiples miscues leaving holes in my walls by the installers. The power cord was not included in the install and had to wait an additional 10 days to get a replacement.

This product is great. I love the convenience of an all in one functional strength training and traditional free weight strength training system all in one. Best complimentary work out system.

Awesome machine and easy to use. The workouts are insane for all body parts. This model needs to be mounted to the wall…not free standing.

The equipment is amazing....the delivery was awful. When it takes over a month (for in stock inventory) and 3 scheduled no show deliveries you get a little upset with best buy. Purchase this from anybody but Best Buy! Absolutely awful!
