I love this treadmill so far. You do have to have the membership to assess a lot including Netflix and Amazon prime. I’ve used it and so has my son

The machine was damaged when we removed from the box. The leg was cracked and Best Buy only solution was to bring back to store not feasible since it's already assembled and I thought it would be easy to have them send a replacement leg. Be cautious!

Easy to put together. IFIT works great and treadmill automatically adjusts to trainer. I would like to adjust the touchscreen to be more sensitive but all in all its good.

I dreaded putting it together, but it wasn’t that difficult. My wife and I had no problems. Works great. I wish the screen was a little higher—but it’s a very nice screen. The iFit has a ton to choose from — but so far I have mostly done my own thing— other than doing a 4-mile chunk of the 2021 Boston Marathon. Would buy it again in a minute.

Treadmill good, IFT not so much

Treadmill has a good running belt, and the speed and incline controls are easy to use. The monitor is really nice and the size is perfect. I didn’t like the IFT software, cause it really forces to go monthly pay to use all the features. Cannot even use the Bluetooth of my cell phone to connect to the speakers to play music.
