I have used Norton products on my personal computers since Windows 95. The latest versions are still great but I wish they would cut back on the advertising and trying to persuade customers to buy more products after the sale. I would rather an occasional email about new products instead of pop-ups on my desktop.

I have been a Norton customer for 10 years and if you have multiple devices, this is the best deal to protect all your devices for the least amount of money. Nothing is better to protect your pc and Mac.

Norton 360 Premium caused my internet browser to freeze-up. After uninstalling Norton, the problem went away. It may be a good value and quality, and easy-to-use, but not in my case. I originally ordered Norton online and picked it up at my local Best Buy. So, I went back to BB and tried to return it. Both the assistant manager and manager said it could not be returned even though I brought it back within the 14-day return window. They said Norton is "non-subscription digital content"; it is not; the box clearly is marked "1 Year Pre-Paid Subscription". They then said Norton is a "code or prepaid card" which cannot be returned; Norton is software, i.e., pre-paid subscription "digital content". They would not let me return Norton at the store, even though one of your online product reviewers posted that it can be returned for a full refund "if it doesn't work right". They told me to call 1-888-BEST-BUY for help. I went home and called 1-888-BEST-BUY and explained to the customer service rep that Norton 360 has a software incompatibility issue with my particular Windows PC and I did not have time to debug the issue with either Best Buy's Tech Support or by calling Norton support. Furthermore, I did not think that I should be required to modify my Windows PC in order to get Norton 360 to work properly. Eventually, the BB customer service rep emailed me a pre-paid return shipping label. After waiting a few days to get a reply to my email sent to the BB store manager, and never getting a reply, I returned Norton 360 with the pre-paid return shipping label. My original purchase price was finally refunded! I probably won't buy software again from BB because of the difficulty in returning software due to an incompatibility issue. Each Windows PC is uniquely different with different installed software programs, and in addition, the original non-sale price of Norton 360 was $99.00. That's a lot of money to lose if there's a software incompatibility issue with a particular Windows PC. The customer should not have to spend time to debug the problem and/or modify their Windows PC to accommodate the Norton 360 software. BB should unconditionally allow Norton 360 software to be returned for a full refund if there is an incompatibility issue. Who would want to take a chance and lose $99.00 if Norton 360 doesn't work well on their computer?

Norton 360 Premium provides a robust and comprehensive security suite designed to cover up to 10 devices across multiple platforms, including Android, macOS, Windows, and iOS. This version includes antivirus, internet security, a VPN, and dark web monitoring, all with a one-year subscription. Here’s an in-depth look at its key features: ### **Key Features:** - **Antivirus and Malware Protection:** Norton 360 Premium offers reliable antivirus protection with frequent updates, effectively shielding devices from malware, ransomware, spyware, and phishing attacks. It scans regularly and flags potential threats with minimal impact on system performance. - **VPN (Virtual Private Network):** The built-in VPN provides safe browsing with bank-grade encryption, making it useful for public Wi-Fi connections and protecting data from potential intruders. However, some users report minor slowdowns when connected to the VPN. - **Dark Web Monitoring:** This feature scans the dark web to notify you if your personal information, like email addresses, is compromised. This proactive layer is helpful for peace of mind, especially if you have sensitive data stored online. - **Parental Controls and Cloud Backup:** Parental controls allow parents to set limits on internet usage, which is helpful for families. The 75GB cloud backup provides an extra layer of security for essential files and offers a solution against ransomware threats. ### **Performance:** Norton 360 Premium runs efficiently on most devices and doesn’t create noticeable lag, even with background scanning. However, older or low-spec devices may see slight slowdowns. Installation is straightforward, and the interface is user-friendly with easy navigation for both novice and advanced users. ### **Pros:** - Comprehensive security package - Multi-device compatibility (Android, macOS, Windows, iOS) - Real-time threat protection with frequent updates - User-friendly interface - Dark web monitoring and secure VPN included - Parental controls and cloud backup ### **Cons:** - VPN can slow down internet speed - Annual renewal costs can be high - Some reports of minor compatibility issues on older devices ### **Conclusion:** Norton 360 Premium offers a well-rounded, feature-rich security package, especially for households with multiple devices across different operating systems. The added VPN and dark web monitoring make it a solid choice for anyone looking for comprehensive security. While the subscription might feel slightly pricey, the extensive protection and extra features make it a worthwhile investment for peace of mind.

Norton antivirus works great, easy to install, but I do not like that you have to use your credit card for auto renew, make sure you turn this feature off or when it renews you will be billed a large amount, more than 3 times what you normal would pay at best buy.

It was super easy and convenient to make my annual purchase of Norton 360 Premium at Vacaville Best Buy. The price is amazing!!! Norton charges nearly $200.00 to renew your subscription with them. I paid less than $50 at Best Buy. I can also utilize it on 10 devices. That is an AWESOME deal. Thank you Best Buy.

Good all-around protection. Virus, malware, spyware, ransomware protection, 75GB secure PC cloud backup, Secure VPN, Dark web monitoring, Password manager, Smart firewall. Other individual virus or malware products may have slightly better performance, but for me, this is the best all-in-one package. The 10 device package allows me to install the package, including VPN and PW manager, on my desktop, phones, laptop, and notebook. The software does use some resources, but usually the Task Manager shows “very low” usage. Many maintenance tasks take place while the computer is idle. The installation requires you to initiate auto-renew, but that is much more expensive than buying the product at Best Buy annually. So I put a notice on my planning calendar to cancel auto-renew shortly before the renewal date, and buy a new one. I also install the MalwareBytes free version, and scan with that occasionally. So far, nothing seems to have gotten past the Norton. I would avoid adding on the LifeLock product, if only for customer service considerations. I was given LifeLock on a free trial, which I accepted, even though I had free lifetime coverage from another source. I called Norton to cancel LifeLock at the end of the free period, and after a figurative eternity, they told me I had to call another number, where I had to endure another agonizing wait. Then they harangued me for an extended period to try to convince me to retain the service. Then they charged me for 1 month of the service. The LifeLock Customer Service rep was hostile and contemptuous.

Good protection program. The downside is that it automatically renews unless you select otherwise. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase. I like that it covers multiple devices, which I needed.

We love the secure feeling we get from the Norton Lifelock and with a large family with many devices, it gets expensive trying to cover them all. Norton Lifelock makes it possible with their 10 devices covered subscription availability and at a price that doesn't break the bank! It's an added feature that we look for and can afford.

I really love Norton security for pc, Mac and phone devices. It helps improve your computer speed and performance. Your pc or phone is protected by cyborg criminal and any person trying to do harm to your business or home. Real time scanning and there 24 hours one on one with a representative if something goes wrong. Five star product in my book I jump from trend micro security to Norton I staying with Norton now.

Norton 360 Premium - 10 devices, is a very good program and a good buy for security protection on my computers. I have used Norton products for over 15 years and have had no complaints with the program. The 10 device subscription covers all my computers with just 1 program. Yes I will recommend this program.

I have Norton 360 Premium on 6 of my devices. I feel a lot safer now. It has stopped me from going on some bad sites. The VPN is a great addition. Before Norton I had another program that did not stop someone from getting my info. In one month I had 4 credit cards hacked and someone even got my checking account. Keep up the good work Norton.
