Customizable, works great and super fun. Easy to install games and apps. I originally ordered one from Retroid themselves, but they have god awful customer service and someone from the Chicago distribution center has been stealing these. Do yourself a favor and just buy this one for the peace of mind. This company even used UPS, which is a premium service
