Stopped working after two months

Do not buy this air fryer! It stopped working after two months. Best Buy wouldn't help because it was past thirty days from the purchase date. When I contacted to the manufacturer and sent a video, I was told I had to ship it back to them at my own expense to evaluate it for a possible refund or replacement. A process that would take 6-8 weeks. Unreliable product and terrible customer service. Beware!
