Q: Can I surf 2 internets at once if I get this and connect it to my two 3090's?
A: No. Its purpose is to increase video display performance. Years ago, connecting two or more mid-level video cards allowed noticeable video display performance increases. For a variety of reasons, pairing video cards together has fallen out of favor. Today, the use of NVLink for the latest generation of video cards is limited to just the top-level RTX 3090.
A: I made it work with one founder and one ASUS strix. However, you should only get it for work, not gaming. DirectX12 doesn’t support SLI and I have only found old games with directx11 to use both gpus.
A: No I don't think anything can. The gt210 might be able to.

A: The 3080 does not support NVLINK. Only the 3090.
Q: Will this work with a previous generation graphics card for example, rtx 2070 super?
A: Negative. This is only for the RTX 3090, or Newer Quadro Cards.

A: It's for linking two 3000 series GPU together, useful when your trying to get more performance than a the best single card on the market can offer. Not for gaming unless you have a limitless budget as you it only adds a fraction of the linked cards power to your system's performance.
