Great Case, Minor Complaints
The Good: NZXT has always been one of my favorite case designers. I say designer because the aesthetic is clean and not fussy (no textures or weird lines/leds where there doesn't need to be) but their thermals especially with the elites has been questionable. Certainly the H9 Elite builds upon the design language of the Elite series but I don't find (with almost all fan slots filled) the same temperature penalty for opting for the extra glass. Dual chamber cases are always easy to build in with the space between the MB tray and the rear door VERY ample. The three duo fans included are appreciated, as when they're in the pull configuration typical RGB fans would have the ring on the wrong side facing the back of the case. All build quality/fit/finishes are in alignment with NZXT and what I'd expect from a premium product. The fan/RGB controller has more than sufficient slots should you want to populate extra fans in the bottom or add a 360mm AIO to the top/side and relocate the fans that ship with the case. Cable management is also well thought-out with plenty of tie down spots and velcro cable tieback solutions. I'm currently running a 13900K and 7900 series radeon with no thermal issues whatsoever, even with a top-mounted rad pulling case air as exhaust. Pairs well with the Z series Kraken which are flashy but I love, and probably a great match for NZXT's currently out-of-stock vertical GPU gen4 mount.
The Less Good: So there's a lot of glass, and ripping of the O11DE design has some drawbacks. I've noticed where the glass meets and to a lesser degree the top mounted glass and rad tray can vibrate a little when the fans spool up. Not deal breaking, but I would have liked to see a little bit more thought go into noise reduction. The tolerances for the panels are also very small, so ensure you handle with care when you're removing the side glass panel and replacing it.
And finally, NZXT was kind enough to ship the fan cables looking like a rats nest with one sad looking twist-tie holding the disaster together. I'd think for a $240 case they'd do a bit better than to jam them all in a ball and call it a day. It took awhile to sort out what was extra or unnecessary but just call me OCD with cable management.
She's a thick one, so be sure you check dimensions if you're coming from a more compact mid-tower. Other than that, I love it and highly recommend it to anyone doing a DIY build. It certainly creates a showpiece and the two-sided uninterrupted glass plus the internal mirrored surface left of the side intake fans create a very showy, if not slightly distracting addition to your setup.
I wish I'd started building in one of these larger cases where everything is easier to route and get to, so if you're a novice builder or just starting out, this case will definitely fit the bill.
Fantastic case, very clean, easy to use, relatively inexpensive.
Comes with 4 fans, 1 a normal case fan, the other 3 are RGB Core fans.
Some users believe the top being 2/3 glass and 1/3 vent is not enough to exhaust hot air, I've had no problems keeping my system cool, although I do run a push/pull AIO on the side and F360 Core fan on the bottom as intakes and the top and back as exhausts. I have a 4080 super and a 9800x3d and the system stays very cool.
I purchased the case on sale for 149.99 - I wouldn't pay full retail of 250+, but if you can get it under 200, the fans pay for the difference. Otherwise, I'd recommend getting the flow. I was going to originally get the h9 flow until I found this one on sale and couldn't resist the glass top and the huge added value of the 3 rgb fans, which also come with the NZXT fan/rgb controller (another ~$35 value).
Also, if you are considered an E-ATX (Extended ATX), I was able to fit the ASRock x870e Taichi, all I did was remove the cable management bar for installation and then re-attached the piece after I completed the build, very clean.
Highly recommended, would purchase again, 10/10

Beautiful case
Such a beautiful case. Tempered glass. Super clean look. Displays all of the RGBs so nicely. Easy to install computer parts and great cable management system. Has room for 13 fans!!! My only complaint is that the case can be a little noisy when the fans ramp up. But otherwise I have no issues with this case. Pictures were before I put the tempered glass on because I had to order a Corsair cable to be able to fit the GPU cable since it stuck out to far with the ASUS cable. Was not a case issue but an issue with some of the cables that come with the (4080/4090) GPUs. I recommend grabbing the Corsair 12pin cable from Best Buy for $20 to eliminate the extra wires that bulk up in front of the case.
