First time build and started with an air cooler that wouldn't fit well given the GPU needed to be mounted vertically in the HYTE case I purchased so I upgraded to the NZXT Kraken 360mm Liquid Cooler, and I couldn't be happier. Installation was easy, even for someone who's not an expert builder. Performance-wise, this cooler is a beast. It keeps my CPU temps consistently low, even during intensive gaming. Also very quiet. The LCD display is really nice and I can always check the temperature at a glance. Absolutely no issues so far. If you're looking for a high-performance liquid cooler with stunning visuals and quiet operation, the Kraken 360mm is a great choice!

Very sweet AIO, many options for display but i keep temps displayed most the time. Easy enough to install from a first time pc builder. It keeps my CPU cool. Only thing i wish id done is go for the one with bigger screen.

Finally nzxt came out with an all in one cooler with an lcd screen/model for an affordable price vs the competition. It has all the brackets you need and pre-applied thermal paste. Fits nicely and doesnt apply pressure to ram slots like how some AIOs do aka msi coolers. So far, has been cooling greatly and makes my pc build stand out! I did 2 builds so far with it and will probably continue to use the same cooler for future builds! Well done NZXT!

Runs so much better than my old 360 AIO! Cools a 14th gen Intel, no problem. My Intel i7 14700KF was overheating with the old AIO. Purchased this cooler to replace that one, and it keeps idle temps in the mid 30s C and 60s C during intensive use. Very happy with my purchase. Only issues worth noting: screen resolution not the best, slight buzz from the radiator which can be annoying at times. The buzz isn’t extremely audible but is if you’re in silence, so I use GX browser music to drown out the noise during non-gaming sessions. These reasons are why I docked the rating to 4 stars.

Absolutely love the screen—super useful and just plain cool. Setup was a breeze, and it keeps my 14th gen i9 nice and cool even under heavy loads. The included fans are just okay, but they're easy to swap out if you want something quieter or higher performance. Overall, a solid cooler with great features.

The NZXT Kraken 360 is an outstanding AIO cooler that delivers both top-tier performance and sleek aesthetics. Its 360mm radiator provides incredible cooling capacity, keeping my CPU temperatures impressively low even under heavy workloads or extended gaming sessions. The fans are quiet and efficient, offering excellent airflow without excessive noise. The installation process was straightforward, with clear instructions and all necessary mounting hardware included. The cooler’s build quality is top-notch, and the tubing is durable yet flexible, making it easy to route within my case.

[Employee of bestbuy] I've been using the NZXT Kraken 360mm AIO to cool my new Intel Core i9-14900K for about a month now, and I have to say, it absolutely works wonders. I was genuinely concerned about keeping this notoriously hot CPU under control, but this cooler has proven to be an all-around great solution. Pros: Excellent Temperature Control: The performance is outstanding. The 14900K is known to get hot and can easily hover well over 80°C under load. However, while gaming with the Kraken 360, my temperatures consistently stay below 70°C. What's even more impressive is that over the past month, the temperatures have actually improved and gotten even better with time. There are still some occasional, variable spikes, but the cooler, managed by the NZXT CAM software, quickly compensates and brings them back down. Amazingly Quiet, Even Under Load: The best part for me is how quiet this AIO is. Even when the CPU is working hard and the fans are ramping up, the cooler remains impressively silent. I've never owned an AIO that operates this quietly before. Flexible Software Control: The NZXT CAM software provides great flexibility, allowing you to control fan speeds on the fly to easily balance performance and acoustics to your liking. Overall: Bravo to NZXT for this one. After a month of solid use, the Kraken 360 has proven it can not only tame one of the hottest consumer CPUs on the market but do so with incredible silence. If you're building a high-performance PC, especially with a demanding CPU like the i9-14900K, I can't recommend this liquid cooler enough.

The build quality falls behind my old Cooler Master AIO. This feels... plasticky? Lighter weight than I thought it would be. But appears quality, just not as solid as I was hoping for. It works well, however. I am very pleased with it thus far. NZXT works with true PWM (unlike Corsair - they are PWM controlled, but not in terms of connection) so one fan is using one cable. I suppose a block-style fan architecture (three fans in one housing unit) would lessen the amount of cabling. So be prepared to route a lot of long and cheap cables and additional connectors to attach everything. The fans seem to be of lesser quality and power than some competitors (Corsair is my reference). Also, the fans do not have directional arrows, so pay attention to videos demonstrating the setup.

I have had a few issues with the cooling, but it keeps CPU temps low during gaming and editing. The installation instructions are clear. The pump runs quietly.
