It keeps my Ryzen 7 9800X3D nice and cool, even when doing heavy gaming at 4K, the processor will stay colder than my ex wife’s heart. The pump is also quiet and the screen displays crisp images!!

I love this cooler! It looks amazing and the AIO is customizable! You can change the colors or info displayed or you can put silly gifs or pictures if you want to! Keeps your CPU nice and cool as well! So far I haven’t seen my cpu go past 65 degrees Celsius while under load.

Upgraded from a NZXT Kraken Z63 280mm to a NZXT Kraken Elite 360 2024 - AIO CPU Liquid Cooler - 360mm keeps my temperature under 65 while running at high settings. Cool customization with GIFs and LCD lighting.

I have always liked the NZXT Kraken series. Older versions allowed you to rotate the display and this newer version does not. My only issue with that is that you need to install it in the correct orientation (Hoses on the bottom) for the screen to be upside up without using the NZXT Cam software. Typically, I don't like running additional software just for lights, etc. Additionally, there have been conflicts in the past with NZXT cam software in the past so it one program I will not install on my computer.

Absolutely fantastic, easy to install, software runs flawlessly, and the LCD screen looks fantastic.

Upgraded from the previous Kraken elite 360, honestly if you have the money. Or you’re in the market for a new AIO I highly recommend purchasing this. They made great upgrades in regards to quality of life compared to the previous model. The screen is much bigger and vibrant and of course the RGB ring around. It is just beautiful if you don’t like RGB, you can simply turn it off and not even notice it And my honest opinion this a IO is a 10 out of 10 for me plus the cam software is amazing

The LCD is large enough and can be customized through the NZXT software. The fans included in this box are not loud at max speed. My cpu (Ryzen 7 9800X3D) stayed cool, around 35degrees Celcius at idle. The LCD screen is large, so do keep that in mind while doing build with this.

Very good quality, everything well organized, a beautiful LCD, so far no problems with the LCD and the NZXT software, everything works wonderfully, the tubes are flexible, I like it

Surprised how big was the AIO head. Tamed my i9-14900KS for less than 75C, couldn’t ask for more!

I knew open box purchases were risky business, but I had seen that Best Buy's "Open Box Excellent" status was for products that were unblemished and included all components. This was not the case. Most importantly, the wiring for the cooler was missing, it was completely inoperable. there was also a streak across the braided cable sleeve, which may have been just thermal paste, and there were impressions on the copper plate from a cpu. I do not know if all of the screws and such were included, I didn't get that far before realizing this was useless to me. Do not trust Best Buy to verify that everything that should be in an open box is there

It’s premium liquid aio. Only downside is, it is really on pricey side.

There was a faulty break out cable. Once the Sata was connected and turned on, the ground fried and melted to my other cables. Be ware of faulty wiring. Others have experienced this issue. Buyer beware.

Great temps on a 9800x3d. The system was running the CPU a little warm for my comfort, lol, but after some tweeking, i found the AIO comes set in a silent mode from the factory. Switched to performance for a 5-10° celcius drop. Fan/pump noise was neglible even though speeds were increased. The screen is large and pronounced, and the customization makes it very practical. Id recommended this product.

I love this product it works great and was fairly simple to install. You can display your own gifs/ customize your screen with ease. I was originally missing a few minor parts (I bought it open box) but Best Buy was super helpful in getting them to me the same day!

The Kraken Elite 360mm is basically the cool kid of CPU coolers—literally and figuratively. The new 2.72-inch IPS screen is gorgeous, way brighter and bigger than before, and throwing a custom GIF on there never gets old . Cooling performance is legit too—NZXT ditched Asetek for their own "Turbine" pump, and it keeps high-end chips like the 7800X3D or 14900K surprisingly chilly even under load . Installation is straightforward with pre-applied paste and a single breakout cable, so you won't be cursing at your motherboard for an hour . That said, it's not all smooth sailing. The CAM software is the usual love-it-or-hate-it situation—cool when it works, annoying when it bugs out or feels bloated . The price stings too; you're paying a premium for that screen more than raw cooling performance . Also, some users have reported pump noise or software glitches over time, so reliability isn't a sure thing . If you want the best-looking AIO on the block and don't mind the cost, go for it. If you just care about thermals, a cheaper Arctic Liquid Freezer III will get you 90% of the way there for half the cash.

Above average cooling temps, a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures but still amazing. Bunch of really cool features and customization. If your not going for looks on your pc I would def recommend something a little bit cheaper

I recently upgraded my pc and the Kraken Elite is the very nice looking and functional item, The LED ring that goes around the display is a nice touch and being able to see your temps right in your cooler is nice or a silly GIF if you choose to. NZXT has been my go to for coolers for a long time and this solidifies that statement

It's incredibly quiet, making it perfect for gaming or just chilling out and streaming different media. Installation was very straight forward and easy to understand from the included instructions. It keeps my CPU low 30 degrees Celius idle with an Intel 13900k. The built-in LCD screen is beautiful. It can display up to 3 different info readings at once. I have mine set to display CPU clock speeds, CPU temp and CPU load. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would 100% recommend this AOI for anyone who is looking to upgrade or just build a new PC.
