Pros: Quiet with Noctua browns Cool very well Decently priced Almost the same surface area as a 360mm AIO and cools just about as well Understated looks, will fit in most cases Not overly hard to install Cons: Cam software needs to be installed Wire connections Back plate is plastic and it seems like it could break Other thoughts: I don't know how loud or quiet the NZXT fans that come with the Kraken are, I used Noctua NF-A14 PWM fans with it very quiet, and the the pump is very quiet too. I purchased this one to use to use with an NZXT Kraken G-12 mounted on my RTX 2080 TI keeps it cool under load. Bought another one to cool my 9700K As the owner of 2 NZXT Kraken x63's in the same case, they work and are quiet

This cooler is great. Using a 5800x and RTX 3060 . For RE4 Remake I have temperatures of only 40 degrees with ultra settings. It’s rare I see a temperature of 60 degrees. What a beast! The instructions and several Youtube videos made this an easy but install. If you’re inexperienced, it will take a little bit of time. AM4 users make sure you have the stock backplate. PS this is not the LCD with gifs. It’s customization is limited to the logo and some lighting choices.

Keeps 5600X nice and cool. Way under thermal limit even when under full load. Good gains in cinebench even without an overclock. Gaming sees mid-upper 40's Celcius. Mounted in 510 Elite. Bubbles worked their way to top of rad quickly, and pump runs quiet. RGB is easily customized in Cam and looks great as well. Pretty easy to install, and comes with some extra cable accessories to aid with different wiring options for RGB and such. Went with aftermarket thermal paste, however the stock paste seemed pretty nice. Wasn't dry or tough.

This AIO does a great job keeping my RTX 2080ti extremely cool while gaming, I paired it with a G12 graphics card bracket. Under gaming loads my GPU sits in the 50c-60c range. However I have to say that the CAM software is absolutely the worst, after installing it I experienced constant system freezing and Windows completely crashed several times. Uninstalling CAM immediately returned my system to normal. Sadly this means I cannot control the pump speed or RGB lighting and must use it with only default settings. Luckily the fans on this model aren't controlled by the software but by the motherboard fan headers so I can set the fan curve in my system's BIOS. Overall I have to say it's a great cooler, but the CAM software is basically unusable so not all the advertised features of the AIO will work.

My first water cooled build and couldn’t be happier. I am likely a common use case since I had populate my case with matching fans and mounted them the radiator vs the stock fans that ship with the X63. Set up took me around 20 minutes and it was up and running. If you have any questions about mounting this ignore the manual that ships with unless you have 20/20 vision or want to ruin your vision due to the writing being insanely small. Simply follow the linked in my post from NZXT and it couldn’t be easier no matter which CPU you’re using. My room is around 18-20c and temps sit around 27-30c when simply watching YouTube or searching the web. While gaming mostly single player or power wash simulator (seriously play this game) I see temps between 47-57c after long play sessions. I couldn’t be happier and it really completed my build. I really wanted the Z63, but couldn’t justify the $100+ premium in my build.

Supposedly, the i9 10900k gets super hot. This thing keeps it topped out around 70. Have never had any throttle on steady render workloads thanks to this thing, fit snuggly with MSI gaming edge, RTX 3070 in fractal define 7 case, mounted on the front as intake, with two exhausts on top and one in rear. Not super flashy but you can set the light ring to various things including sync to music and color temperature gauge, which is what I set it on to keep an eye on the temps but it never changes from green. It’s definitely a noticeable sound but nothing bothersome considering it’s set to high speeds and never gets hot.

Fit my case perfect and it keeps my cpu well cooled nothing over 40. Easy to install, it’s pretty straight forward. I went for non RGB model because I bought my own fans to match my overall theme I was going for at the end of the build.

Infinity mirror on the pump is amazing, see photo. The pump is nice and quiet, and the rad was easy to install front-mounted with fans screwed in through the frame. Software works well for the pump and the cables are easy enough to manage.

great aio, does it’s job, looks awesome Only con is installation; a lot of wires and some are useless for most builds

Great cooler and makes for a clean setup. Ryzen 7 3700X idles around 40C and the very max I’ve seen was 65C, usually below 60C for most games. Only comment is there’s some high pitched whine sound coming from the pump that developed after a month and a half. Turning down pump speed below 60% helps and no noticeable difference in temps. Seems like it’s normal with these pumps but one should definitely keep this in mind.
