Transaction/shipping went smooth as butter. I was a little worried shipping from west to east coast, but it came in perfect via ground service and was packaged very well. No issues! The computer inside is very spacious and clean. It runs flawlessly and seems to cool very well. The only small gripe is I wish they would have added a rear case cooling fan. I will be putting one in and it's on order. But I'm totally satisfied with build and quality. FYI, it comes with 2-year warranty. Can't beat that!

I waited over 10 years to get my first gaming PC and did all the nevessaey research time snd time again. I finally went the prebuild route because of the seamlessness, simplicicy, and manufacure warranty for 2 years. Ive also heard excellent things about NZXT customer support as well. I am only scratching the surface I know but i am simply blown away. Conssitently getting 144 hz/FPS on COD, Fortnite, Marvel Rivals, Minecraft Java (with shaders), and tons of others. One warning, do NOT use NVIDIA to Optimize games. Do that manually in each game.

Great buy! Have had it 2 months hasnt let me down and its really fast. I play on a 34 ultrawide monitor and it runs flawless.

I was planning to order from the official website, but I found the same configuration on Best Buy and it was much cheaper.

I was skeptical of certain components that would be used. However, this computer runs so well and fast that it is nearly unbelievable. Would highly recommend if you are having a hard time deciding. The fans are pretty quiet, the cpu runs extremely cool, and the rgb is stellar with great settings to make it not look obnoxious. Came with one wire that somehow got unplugged either during shipping or when I unpacked the pc from the shipping box. NZXT did not put the screws to mount another SSD in the packaging, and upon reaching out to them, they suggest I reach out to Asus (motherboard brand in my pc). Asus did help. Overall, very happy. Sleek and powerful machine.

Huge upgrade from the Alienware I had. Booted right up, no problems. Every game I've ran so far boots quickly and runs perfectly.

Easy to use and powerful straight from the box. Mo more lag or stutter or screen tearing, even in the most demanding online games. NZXT will always be my go to for pre built PCs and components.

I usually buil my computers, but with current GPU market i went prebuilt. The system looks good, runs great. It was well packaged to avoid shipping damage. The only issue i found is that it did not have the extra m.2 standoffs. Had to buy some so my secondary m.2 was properly installed.

Aio has small square screen. Non elite version. Should be elite for 2k

I would've liked having two fans at the base (bottom of the tower case), and attached on the back panel. My favorite game is Counter-Strike 2 and apart from server lag, the game is running on all High settings at about 170 FPS.

Perfect condition runs like a charm, couldnt ask for a better Pre built PC and for a good price.
