Game DOES require a download

I ordered this game through another retailer, and the game definetly requires a download. I tested the game without the patch and only 5 levels are available. The game consists of 15 levels plus an additional 2 bonus levels, for a total of 17 levels. Only 5 of those levels are playable from the cart. Be warned, as no mention is made about this download requirement on this website!!

This review is to expose the devs deliberate negligence to falsely represent this game without any warning of a download required 12gb in ALL the retail display listings! And the Nintendo eshop digital requirement is 11.2 gb. This defies the whole purpose of buying physical releases, had i known this required most all the game is a digital download, i would have just bought it digital eshop. Whereas NOW, i have to insert my physical cartridge each time so i can play a digital game... Totally Ridiculous!!!

Fantastic game, however it required a 12gb download and the website does not make that clear. Buyer beware
