I bought on 3 Oct 2024, but I didn't try to use the device until 27 Nov, well beyond the 15-day return limit. It did record as expected, but the display is too dim to read. Adjusting the Contrast has little effect. I sent it to Olympus in NJ for repair. Their tech phoned me. He said the device is working properly. After return to me, it is still too dim to read. The two photos show the device in bright light at a window, and a few feet inside.
