I was forced to buy a remote replacement because the one that came with my ancient LG TV no longer scanned for OTA channels (and I was "losing" channels fairly regularly). It does do OTA channel scanning, so that was a win. However, my original LG remote let me toggle between 2 channels. The new one does not have that feature, and I miss it. Also wondering why the Best Buy online guy recommended this product; it had a one-star rating! Finally, when I was in the process of checking out online, a scam outfit broke into the process attempting to sell me some sort of shipping program (?). I didn't take the bait but the scammers put through a $2 charge to the credit card I was using for the purchase. This resulted in my bank informing me of that fraudulent action and subsequently cancelling that credit card! Big, big pain in the keister since I had to let all the vendors I was paying automatically with the then-compromised card my new credit card number. Best Buy techie geniuses, please address this issue!

It works less than half the time. You have to keep pushing and pushing the buttons until they finally work. Push the power and it remains red.
