This product was very easy to set up. It’s very functional and I did have any issues with it controlling multiple devices.

Setting up the remote was pretty simple. It did take more than one try for the remote to learn the buttons from the original one, but once it was paired, it worked just fine. Easy for my grandparents to understand.

It works well. I use it to control TV, Receiver, Apple TV, and Bluray player. Only complaint it wont control the volume on the receiver while using it with Apple TV. The Apple TV remote controls my receiver volume.

This universal remote has been a great replacement for having several different remotes around the house. Setup was straightforward, and I was able to get it working with my devices without much trouble. The buttons are well organized and responsive, and the remote feels comfortable in the hand. I especially like being able to control multiple devices from one remote instead of constantly switching between them. It has worked reliably so far and makes the entertainment setup much simpler. A very convenient universal remote with plenty of functionality. Definitely worth five stars.

I purchased this TV remote recently at Best Buy. It replaces three separate devices needed to control my TV, Comcast box, and receiver. I could not be happier. I now do not need to pick up three separate devices to navigate for my listening or viewing pleasure.

Good value, large enough not to get lost in the couch, not so big as to be cumbersome

The product works but I cannot use all the functions and the setup isn't that evident. In general is not bad, but can't give it more that 3 stars based on what this control really offers

Remote works good and works how I wanted it to work.

I had lost my remote to my samsung smart TV, this remote was super easy to setup... between reading the directions and actually setting it up, took less than five minutes and all the functions worked perfectly.

This is an excellent remote. I lost the original remote to my TV went and purchased this one and it works just great.

Was easy to program, work pretty well on a lg ua7050 tv, some ubd800-m2 4K player, and x-box, and roku device

My dog chewed up the original remote. Even thougj i was upset and angry about it. I bought this and its a lot better than the one that came with the tv.

Can program controls and make your own shortcuts, works on most any TV

I like the remote but I couldn’t get it programmed so I could turn my tv, Roku & audio on with one button I have to click on each one, one at a time

The easiest most user-friendly universal remote. The cellphone app to program it is amazing, much more efficient than a paper with a million codes on it that need to be tried one at a time.
