I have not used the remote yet. The geek squad set up my TV with my cable box and told me my TV will work the same even though I purchased a smart TV they failed to put it on the Internet. I purchased the set up and demonstrate. I also purchased the component add-on and demonstration, they never turned on my Blu-ray player. All they did was set up the cable box and told me the TV will work the same as my old one. I notified Best Buy and Ben the area manager told me there’s a charge to plug-in the component even though they didn’t tell me how to work it. Ben the area manager is refusing to credit me. Like I said, I have not used the remote control to give it a review.

My Sony KD-43X85K TV's included remote abruptly decided to stop working, and the TV wouldn't pair with anything else. This is the third different remote I've tried, and it worked as soon as I put batteries in. No pairing needed. No voice command on this remote, but I never used that anyway. Worth a try if your TV is in a similar state.

Everything it’s good working good I like that but only thing doesn’t have microphone

Good quality works great. I would recommend it for anybody that needs an extra remote for the Sony TV.
