    Is this new?

    Am I supposed to believe this is new? I’ve been getting more and more items that are packaged terribly. This is more on Best Buy rather than the item itself.

    NOT FOR LARGE TVs

    Does not come with adapters to allow anything larger than VESA 400x300. Will not support a large 98” TV Weighs only 5 lbs not ready to support 150lbs Much smaller than photos and much smaller than should be rated for!

    Good if you want really close mount

    Will do the job. Realize that you will not likely be able to easily access connects on a large TV after hanging, though you may be able to access if you release the bottom latches and pull bottom of TV out some to reach connections. Ensure you TV connections are in-line with TV back and not perpendicular, or cables have right-angle connecter, or there may not be enough clearance from TV to wall with is mount. On mine, HDMI and USB are in-line but antenna and optical audio connections are perpendicular and push the limit. Hoping audio cable doesn't break. Mine is a 135 lb TV and had to be mounted in a limited width and the only existing wall stud in mount area was directly in the center so I drilled two additional holes in the center and had to install two new studs for the sides (wall was accessible on back side). With three studs and two lag screws in each stud, it's definitely not having a problem supporting the TV.

    Good product

    Lightweight, super flat, perfect for places where the tv has to be super close to the wall. The only downside is that if you have cables connecting to the back of your tv, you will have to twist them to fit,

  • Can the tv be slid from side to side from studs to center a tv at a preferred position?

  • Can this be mounted on studs 24 inches apart?

  • Is this compatible with 400mm x 850mm VESA?

  • How do you make a Leveling Adjustment?

    Dear BestBuy customer, thanks for your question regarding your WM 5610. The wall plate must be levelled when attached to the wall. The two bars and the VESA holes on the TV itself should be levelled as well. There are no additional methods of levelling your TV afterwards.   • Can just the bars that screw into TV be purchased separately? We have the mount that goes on the wall just missing the 2 bars that go into the back of the tv. They were not taken off the last tv when it was sold.
