Excellent for the price, overall, more like 4.25 stars. Best feature is the charging, hard to go back to anything else after owning this phone. Charges 0-100% in 20 mins, no kidding. And last a solid day and then some. Display, functionality, etc is pretty good. Lack of wireless charging and removal of alert slider a bit disappointing. I was upgraded to Android 13 within days of purchase, not sure I am a fan. Seems buggy. Sometimes certain apps wont load so you have to reboot then it works. Hotspot gives you an error message related to service provider, but I figured out its the WiFi, once you turn on hotspot, it doesn't automatically turn off WiFi, you have to do it manually then the hotspot works. Overall, a nice phone and the price $600ish is totally worth it. I would pay another $100 for the alert slider and wireless charging. I've owned a Oneplus 6T for 4 years prior to this upgrade and I personally like my Oneplus 6T better, but it was not getting any more updates and the charging port was worn so had to upgrade. One last note, not a fan of the 4 square camera back, it's too big an eye sore. prefer the Samsung Galaxy style or the previous Oneplus 6T-9 camera back.

It's a great phone for the price the screen is bright and responsive the camera is very good has great battery life. And it was easy to setup and completely migrate from my old phone. It also charges unbelievably fast.

Pros: extremely fast charging, but only with the correct charging cord and block. Way more affordable thanother phones with basically exact same android setup, so easy to switch over from a samsung. Cons: worked fine for 6 weeks on mint mobile service (new to me, switched from Verizon) then mobile data just stopped working. I now have to log into my home wifi to get it to work. 100% defeats the purpose of having a smart phone. So i either have to get a new phone, this is less than 8 weeks old, or go vack to Verizon. Crappy thing is mint told me this phone would work fine on their platform.

Nice Phone in these price $349. I purchased at $399. Good Speakers and Display also nice. Battery is good and very fast charging speed.

I really enjoy this phone and I saved a large amount off by activating it in store with GoogleFi, however I think at the time to have this or the 10Pro was only $50, I should have went with the Pro. However, the value in what you get solely for this device is phenomenal. It does have a plastic screen protector pre-installed. The camera set up isn't bad, gets the job done in all aspects and IMO better than the mid tier Motorola or Samsung phones.

I couldn't be any more pleased and profoundly happy with my purchase. All aspects of this OnePlus device is as advertised for one, but further more than the boastful features is experiencing this for oneself, device in hand and using it for it's intended purposes of handling all of what you can throw at it. Definitely not going to be switching to a different brand of device!! Thank you Best buy for making my purchase such a breeze and much more organized of a new line setup online in contrast to walking in for a in person consultation.
