First things first i have owned every iPhone from the 7 all the way up to the 14 plus then decided its time for a change, a real change not just a slightly different color or slightly different looking camera so i Bought the OnePlus 12R and after just 3 days of having it, without any hesitation i decided i am not going back to Apple, the screen on this OnePlus looks FAR FAR better than any iphone i've owned amd the battery is also FAR FAR better than any iphone i've owned i will put it this way even Apple said for the iphone 14 lineup the 14 plus "has the best battery life" and it still does not hold a candle to the OnePlus 12R, still not convinced? Well the iphone 14 plus retailed for $899 when it was released and this OnePlus is just $550-$600 for the 16GB of ram, 256GB variant not to mention the OnePlus has a 120 Hertz refresh rate and the iphone 14 plus was just a 60 Hertz refresh rate, my point is if you are considering switching to this from iphone do not even consider it just go for it and you will be more then glad you did so you will feel as if Apple has been robbing you blind for the past several years over how Crazy good the Value is on the Oneplus 12R its an easy 11 out of 10 stars for me

The OnePlus 12R is shades of the Samsung S23 Ultra, only it's less than half the price! The battery life is actually even better than the S23 Ultra, which was/is still stellar, with the OnePlus 12R having a higher 5500mah capacity battery; that in itself is pretty impressive considering how thin and light it is. There is no Stylus or wireless charging, but considering I never used either with my old S23 Ultra, could care less. And wireless charging shortens a battery's lifespan from the heat it generates. As a matter of fact, I won't even use the "unbelievably included" 80watt charger; instead, I slow charge it with my PC. Here is an example of how good the battery life is: I charged the 12R to 100% 36 hours ago, and right now it's sitting at 84%. I'm not a heavy user, but I texted and made calls as usual, went on Facebook, YouTube, Facebook app, messenger app, surfed the web & took photos. I can't stress enough how good the battery life is and was a major selling point to me along with it having the still very much of a Flagship 8 Gen 2 S.O.C. & really good screen. Speaking of the screen, it's and LTPO4 AMOLED screen which can go as high as 120hz refresh rate & all the way down to 1hz. It's silky smooth and the screen looks incredible with colors that really pop and deep pure blacks. Build quality is "Flagship" level, love the curved screen. The body is aluminum, front is Victus 2 glass, and the back is Gorilla Glass 5. No cheap mid-range plastic parts here. This phones' build is excellent. As far as the camera(s), well the main 50MP is great, in fact it's the same sensor that's used in the non-R OnePlus 11 5G. the 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro cameras are a "meh". Another plus is it has a pre-installed screen protector, saving me from having to order one online. Too bad BestBuy doesn't sell cases for this phone because I no choice but to wait for the one to ship from Amazon. And one last thing: BestBuy is giving out $100 gift cards withe purchase of this phone, So I actually only spent $499 on the 256/16GB model. This should be awarded phone of the year. So if you're looking for an amazing $500 flagship (killer) or want to step out of iPhones' sandbox of an operating system, this should be your first choice. I have the box sitting on my trophy shelf of high-end electronics, most of which were bought from BestBuy.

So far, I've liked most of what the OnePlus 12R offers. I bought it to replace a OnePlus 6 that had run out of storage. Size of a new phone was a concern as I have small hands. I could not see an actual phone "to try it on," so it was leap of faith that worked out. Size and feel are good, but screen shots using the buttons is cumbersome and I don’t always get all three fingers correctly on the screen to do the “gesture” version, but good that it offers two ways to get them. Camera is adequate for me. After all, I had a OnePlus 6, so it was an upgrade. I miss that OnePlus did not provide a clear gel case, like with the OnePlus 6, but I was very careful until getting one from Amazon. Without a case the phone was slippery and easily slid off surfaces and fell on the floor. Blue color is beautiful and I like the look of the curved screen edges. I also like that the fingerprint to unlock is on the front, too. I don’t like that, if I want notifications on lock screen (which I do), only choice is to have all the apps appear on the home screen, so I put the lesser used ones on the last “page.” Other dislike is that the screen quickly fades if I don’t have a finger on it. I did research and did not find how that could be changed. I also wish it had the option to add an SD card, but it seems only a few phone brands/models do. We’ll see how quickly I use up the 256 GB storage. My OnePlus 6 with 128 GB was a challenge during its last year of use as I had run out of storage and was constantly getting messages about it and restricted in how I used it. I really enjoyed my OnePlus 6 (until the last year or so), and hope to do the same with the OnePlus 12R. If it continues to perform as it has thus far, I would definitely buy it again. There is a plethora of video reviews of the 12 and 12R on the internet that include comparisons with similar phones, which helped me to make my decision. I rated the display quality 4 stars because of quickly fading and the camera a 4 also because there is better out there.

I bought the OnePlus 12R at a discount at $350 dollars. The Snapdragon 8 gen 2 still packs a big punch even in 2025, and the 256gb rom and 16gb ram combo ensure you'll be safe in the future upgrades. This is the perfect budget phone to get in 2025, that still delivers a premium experience without making your wallet noticably lighter! I'd say it has more value than even the newer OnePlus 13R. Highly recommend!!!!!

Best phone I've ever had!! I've had this phone for over 2 years and oh has it been through it while in my possession, it's durable that's for sure. The display is clear and vibrant. The user interface is simple to navigate and straight forward. It's great for high tech use people or not so tech advanced people. Battery is a beast. Only downfalls with the entire oneplus brand not just this phone is lack of access to accessories for the phones. I'll probably always own a oneplus of some kind from now on.

Best buy shipped my new OnePlus 12r phone out very fast received it a few days later with free shipping. I'm normally a Samsung person but this OnePlus is way better than any phone I ever had! Bestbuy is definitely gonna be my number 1 stop for electronics etc.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. Specs and Price are greatly aligned compared to other phones out on the market right now. This is my first OnePlus purchase, but they may have won me over from here on out. Very similar to operating a Samsung device just a few minor things to get used to!

Flimsy, yet beatiful screen. Amazing flickers across your high performance, broken screen. Waiting a week for 13r replace makes me loath this A-15 GPU fried out of box and cant even take a joke without cracking. Id put it against my head and try to find the finger print reader off button hoping it was a trigger. It would take a solid 1.69 seconds to load the animation for each frame of the bullet if the app doesnt ctd 4 laffs before it reached its final destination. 12R, amazing petformance all around and i really like the curved edge as it reminded me of my sammy 8 plus and alas, it went to join big sammy in the refurb bin halls of BB. Salut

Best android with reasonable price competes with high end models of big tech companies and best camera quality

Best bang for your buck type of phone It's fast charging, 50MP camera, multitasking abilities just to list the few. I've had this phone since February 25, I've added a case to it and dropped it many times but no cracks, chips or scratches, well made phone that doesn't feel cheap.

It is an amazing phone for the price along with great features and an outstanding processor. Definitely love the RAM expansion option as well.

It is an excellent phone, the photos it takes have high quality definition, as do the videos. It is practical and well priced.

If you get a One Plus, you'll never use any other phone but it, 12r is up there.

Its cool.,......................................✌️✌️

The phone is working fine. With the price, it is really great. The photo and video quality is excellent. After using for the last few months, I am happy with it.

The phone Oneplus 12R is great. Love it☺️☺️ Best buy staff told me the phone I will get 3days later, but I got 10minutes later after my payment. At first they told me the product is not available but how it comes quickly, dont understand.

The OnePlus 12R is an excellent daily phone with great picture-taking capabilities and comes at a good price. It boasts a sleek design and a vibrant display that makes watching videos and browsing the web a delight. The battery life is impressive, easily lasting through a full day of heavy use. Additionally, its powerful processor ensures smooth multitasking and can handle any games you throw at it with ease. Whether you're capturing stunning photos, streaming your favorite shows, or engaging in intensive gaming sessions, the OnePlus 12R delivers a smooth and responsive experience, making it a fantastic all-around choice.

This thing rocks. I am coming from the Nord one pluses, and love that they got a version of the flagship at a better pricepoint. You get more software updates with Nord, and the features are notable. The battery on this thing iis a monster, the quick charge honestly dont make sense to me, its so darn fast, and phone could go for days. (Compared to Nord) thing is lightning quick, better speakers and camera by a mile, sleeker, higher quality and more elegant interface. I mainly got this phone for the extra space and RAM, but i do love the other features. This thing is perfect for me, i get what i need and dont have to pay top price for little things, and a massive science grade camera. Was worried about the like side screen thing. Its not a problem, kind of cool.

One of the best midrange flagships I've used in a while where I don't feel I've settled. Has the normal everyday specs that most people ask for. Flagship processor, decent cameras, my usage almost 2 day battery life, supervocc fast charging, aquatouch has been helpful with the rain and wet fingers, and keeps up with everyday task. From a bright crisp screen to good stereo speakers for multimedia consumption. I can do a lot for with this OnePlus 12r and if you're a heavy user get the double storage it pays for itself to have. If you want a smooth working phone this the one. Beats out a lot of midranges that'll show midrange age in the next few years I'm sure. Don't hesitate on this buy, it'll be one of your better choices in a not so crowd pleasing US market from a Samsung or Apple. Save your money if you just need a basic everyday phone that can keep up with the flagships with a few small differences. You won't regret it.

My OnePlus - 12R 256GB arrived earlier than expected and I was pleasantly surprised when I unboxed it and saw how much more beautiful it was than in the pictures! The color blue is more of a metallic blue! It works great just as it said in the reviews......it's very fast, the screen couldn't be any brighter, has lots of storage and the battery lasts forever!! and when you need to charge it, it charged to full charge in less than half an hour with the included charger. So far I love it and couldn't be happier with my purchase!! I'm glad I purchased it from Best Buy!
