    The best swordplay in a video game.

    I'm just going to say it. This game has what I would consider to be the best swordplay I've ever experienced in a video game, and it can easily stand alongside some of the best action games this industry has to offer. On top of that, the main protagonist is just so cool. If you want to feel like a cool samurai, then look no further. This has all you can ask for and more. Now, I wouldn't say this game is perfect. It does have its flaws here and there. For instance, side content is rather boring for the most part. They are optional, but you will be at a disadvantage when it comes to weapon and skill upgrades if you don't do them. Doubly so when you consider that the difficulty in this game can ramp up to levels that might be a little too much for the average gamer. Trust me when I say that you're going to want those upgrades on your first playthrough. In any case, Capcom really outdid themselves this year. I am glad they remember Onimusha was a thing, and now we may see more from this franchise in the future.

    Onimusha: Way of the Sword- PS5 Review

    This game is very fun to play. The different areas to explore are beautiful. The gameplay is incredible. It has some of the best action gameplay for the genre. Only complaint with the game is that it has brutal difficulty spikes with boss fights. I almost gave up on the final boss fight. However, I decided to give it one more attempt and I was able to finish the game. That victory was incredibly satisfying.

    Tubular!

    This game has me quite locked in. Capcom made another great title in the recent installment of the Onimusha games. I love the flow of the combat and the overall controls while navigating the action-packed world. I haven’t given up the chance to fire this game up and continue my journey.

    One of the best action adventure games in years.

    Gameplay is extremely satisfying and appropriately challenging throughout. Story, characters, world design are all top notch but it's the gameplay that'll keep you hooked. Love this combat system so much. Highly recommend this game!

    What a perfect game!

    As my first time playing Onimusha series, just WOW. What an amazing story and graphics this game has, and the combat is amazing! it took me 30 to complete which i‘d say is a good length for the price. This game definitely makes me want to visit the old onimusha games. Another CapCom hit!
